The only issue I have with this game is after a battle randomly it will lock up. Saving frequently helps as in the worst case scenario you won't have far to replay to get back to where you were when it locked up. It is rather annoying though. Its not my xbox as one its brand new as is the game and two its the only game I have that randomly locks up like that.

when i went to walmart to pick this game up i was taking a big chance, i never really liked JRPG games at all. i picked this up Friday and haven't put it down yet.

like all JRPG or RPG games it takes a couple of hours before it really gets going but after the first couple of hours Star Ocean take off big time.

don't pay to much attention to screen shots you really need to see it in action , the graphics are not on a gears of war level but complements itself very well.

the fights are fun, there's plenty to see and worlds to visit. the characters IMO are good and complement each other well. its just a all around fun game so i got to give it a 5 star all around, after all any time you look at the clock and say i should have eat dinner 6 hours ago has to be a 5 star game.

I must say that this game is a buy for those who like the star ocean games. They did a great job with this one and a very good job with the real time battle system. This one has to be my fav. rpg this year so far. If your not sure that you wanna pick it up either take my advise and do or just look at the guide which is what sold me on it, just looked to fun to pass up.

Absolutely Astonishing.
This is the reason I bought my 360.
Presentation could have been better, they should have done something about the synching problem, sometimes mouths aren't even moving when characters are speaking.

But overall an amazing game. Tri-Ace at their FINEST.
