[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] all films here benefit from improved contrast. especially first contact which is visually the darkest of the set. all movies are crisp looking with nice details and no artifacts. Great sound quality. well recommended but.

walmart.com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was an excellent set for any Next Generation fans, especially if you can get it on sale for good price (I was able to snatch it to for a descent $36). Paramount did an excellent job with the HD remaster of the TNG series and the movies are no exception. Colors are great, the the detail in UHD is impeccable. This set also comes with the full HD Blu-rays in addition to the UHD version. Definitely a good deal for Trekies who probably don't want to spend extra to get the individual UHD relaeses. Of course, you miss out on the individualized artwork for each film, but this is nevertheless a nice collection. Definitely worth it, especially if you can get it on sale.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Solid transfer of classic Star Trek! The best way to watch these classics. Includes both 4K and Blu-ray, which is nice as some studios are moving to including 4K only.

Digital codes redeem 4k at either iTunes or Vudu.

Solid 4K transfer

The 4K version of the ST:TNG movies is a fantastic upgrade. The visuals and sound quality are much improved over the Blu-ray versions. If you are a fan of Star Trek - The Next Generation this set is a must.

Star Trek : Next Generation 4K must have

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great movies with amazing 4K picture and 7.1 Tru HD Sound. Plus plenty of extras for each of the 4 movies. Major upgrade over Blu-ray.

Highly Recommended

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All four movies look great in 4K. Paramount has done a great job with restoring and transferring all four films in 4K. I highly recommend.

Never looked better

great box set arrived sooner than expected

great box

The regular Blu-ray's %26 the 4k ultra Blu-ray's played in my player %26 were in excellent condition etc.

The 4k %26 regular Blu-ray versions worked

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks and sounds great. Upgraded from standard DVD.

TNG movies in UHD glory!

I purchased these to upgrade my DVD collection that I've been watching for years. I read the warnings (multiple sites) ahead of time about problems with the set but chose to take the gamble. Like many other complaints, the discs were incredibly dirty and were unreadable! (I wonder if something at the factory was spraying something on the discs before packaging.) Thankfully, cleaning them thoroughly with a microfiber cloth resolved the issue. If you purchase this, carefully inspect the discs and clean or they may be unreadable.

Dirty discs

the Blu-ray movies worked fine, but the DVD movies wouldn't even load on my dvd player.

DVD's didn't work
