I have the older bladebuilder multicolor one featuring Yoda, Vader... voices as well, this one doesn't but that's the best part so you don't need to hear those characters voice from that erasable show.  So, don't be turned off by the characters on the box since there is nothing related to them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it was a fun toy on a gift list.  the price could have been a few dollars less, but it wasn't too much.  i'm not worried about quality on this brand it is a well known international toy company.

This was a gift from Santa for my grandson and boy did he really thank his Gigi for mailing his letter to him. He was so excited to show us how it worked and as soon as night came around he was ready to light up the sky for us all. Finally he can discuss Star Wars with his Papa too. ❤️

Now I have competition for my Dark Saber, in the parking lot of our apartments.

My hubby loves this.

This product is great in that it has sound as well as 5 different colors and some changeable accessories. We got it on sale and it was worth the money.

Fun versatile saber

The lightsaber arrived very quickly and was a perfect addition to my son's Star Wars toys. He absolutely loves this line of toys and have not had any problems with them at all.

A great lightsaber for children

The lightsaber was really well made. at times, a bit difficult to swap out some of the pieces. So if you're giving it to a younger child, they may struggle. but that also means that it's sturdy and stays in place very well.

The lights and sound effects are wonderful. I like that you can change it to multiple colors. The lightsaber forge system is great for unchanging parts to make it your own.

This lightsaber is fantastic. The only “problem” with it is the buttons to disassemble or change colors are stiff and can be tricky. Other than that it is a sturdy product that my kids love.

Great product, can be tricky for younger kids.

the electronics on the sword do not function properly. it takes away from haveing adventer with it because it keeps turning right back off when you turn it on. we play with it with out batteries

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the lightsaber is neat, the handle and parts that attach to it work great, seem like they're good quality plastic. The sound and lights work as they should and it's very fun. 

However the actual blade on this thing is unfortunately very flimsy. The very bottom lip of the blade just snapped in half which is wild to me. I've never seen a lightsaber toy break like that. I've actually never seen a lightsaber toy break ever, which is why I didn't bother getting a warranty, but if you happen to buy this thing, learn from me and get the warranty.
