Customer Support

This is a very well made strong product but is supplied with wrongly manufactured corner and center sections that do not allow the use of 0 and 9 depth positions with four bolts engaged at each corner. Concerned that custom modification to fix this manufacturing flaw will void warranty or have to use only 2 bolts weakening joint strength. Affects all 4POSTRACK models 8U-42U. Attached photo from your website shows clearly the number position range is 1-8 not 0-9.
