We bought a few of these, and will be buying more, to extend HDMI video signals throughout our office.  They work flawlessly.  Somehow, they are PoE-enabled.  I've removed the AC/DC power adapters from five of the units (two Tx, three Rx) and they all remain powered from our PoE switch.  I really wish this was in the specs, though.  I'm not sure how reliable/stable they will be in the long-term being powered this way.
