Price

The Solarous Starfire is an absolute great deal. Much smoother and quieter ride than the stock  Nexen tires. Traction on wet roads =A .
Traction in snow =A ( we just got 12 inches  of winter madness. Snow to ice to snow to ice). 
We put these tires on our Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. Total price installed with the hazard protection= just under $420. The price just can't be beat.

The tires were a decent price and durable.

Affordable tires

So far so good. Replaced the factory Nexen tires with these Solarous Starfire. Only been on a few weeks but so far they are great. Excellent traction in rain. Smooth and quiet going 70mph on the highway. Our Nexen tires were very loud and not so smooth. For the cost of these tires one can't really go wrong. Spent about $410 total on these tires. That's all 4 installed and with the hazard insurance.

Buy these. Well worth it

Great looking tire with a great value made by Cooper, I found online at Walmart, sold by Walmart, shipped to and mounted at local Walmart.  Tires have deep tread that should be great in rain and snow. Very quiet and smooth ride.  Very pleased after seeing them mounted on 2008 Dodge Avenger RT/AWD.  I used a 225 instead of a 215/55/18,  they fit very well, no issue of tire being too wide. I was able to find a lower priced tire by using the 225/55/18.   The recommended size tires, in many other brands, were at least twice the price as the Solaris. The Solaris is a 50,000 mile tire, which should last us a long time at 5000 miles per year driving!  Why buy a more expensive tire that will dry rot before even getting close to their mileage expectation??   Highly recommend this tire for the average driver. 9/26/19

They are produced by COOPER Tires. They are quite and high quality. Love these tires. I have them on my 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. Good in rain as well.

Good tires

The tires appear to be good quality tires. For the price it's a great deal. There are higher quality, higher prices tires out there. They are not noisy, and work well in the rain.

Not sure why these tires could not be shipped to my store of choice. Shipped to my home took - to store for installation. That was a minus of one star. 
The tires seem to be a good utility tire for the price. Definitely not one to enhance a luxury ride. I drive a Jeep Cherokee. With previous tires ride was smooth like a luxury car. With these rides like a truck. Gets the job done! Many miles of freeway driving to work each day no problems.
If you need new tires - a bit short on funds these worked well for me.
