Cooking Chicken

Made with compact design and long-lasting components.

Ideal for small kitchens or shared spaces.

I am pleased my new rice cooker that has a steam basket. I do not have a reason to avoid vegetables now. And rice is a staple in my home.

Bernadette Akachuk

I am impressed to the max. Saves me from running to check it every few minutes.

starfrit.com

Works great! No more burnt rice. Easy to clean. Bought it for our tenant who was ruining our pots one by one by cooking her rice for too long or forgetting about it. This was a great solution😀

Works great!

This is an adorable little rice cooker that makes just the right amount for the 2 of us. I use brown minute rice and it cooked it perfectly.

Rice cooker

This little rice cooker is fabulous! Cooks rice to perfection and you can even make full meals in it. I like making one pot rice dishes with chicken or pork, rice and a veg or a couple eggs. Quick rice dishes minimal dishes to wash. Wish I had bought one sooner. Great in the hot summer as it does not heat up the entire house.

Small but mighty!

We were looking for a small rice cooker for the 2 of us. So far we have just made 3 meals of a Jasmine Rice, and the cooker has done a great job. 2/3 cup of rice and twice that of water, and it was nicely done on just over 20 minutes. The plastic utensil and non-stick cook surface are great.

Works very well

Only complaint is that it doesn't shut off. You need to unplug it when the food is ready. Also the letters rub off very easily. Only had it a week. Very useful. Boils for about 20 minutes then automatically turns to warm. Great for people who burn rice.

Rice for three

Pros:Nice rice cooker. I like the ceramic coating.
Cons: The lid has plastic inside touching the rice when cooking releasing micro plastic for sure. This was designed for holding the lid on the side but should have made wirh silicone and also 3 cups of uncooked rice and 6 cups cooked.
I gave 3 stars for the price %26 ceramic coating

Plastic touching rice inside when cooking

This rice cooker is compact and easy to use. Trouble is that it's way too small. Only about 3-cups of rice can cook in it. I'd go as far as to say 2-cups is better for the rice to turn out edible. Cross your fingers that it doesn't scorch the rice on the bottom. I also found the texture of the rice is not pleasant as other rice cookers I've used. The rice cooker gets way too hot, even on warm setting. I regret getting this unit. It offers way too many chances to mess up and basically waste money by spoiling food. It's not a rice cooker i will buy again.

Way too hot - Scorches rice

The product description is misleading, stating it can hold 6 cups of uncooked rice and 12 cups of cooked rice. In reality, the capacity is only 3 cups uncooked and 6 cups cooked. I'm confused as to why Walmart would allow such a deceptive description. I ordered it based on the claim of a 12-cup cooked rice capacity, but I had to return it immediately upon discovering it was only half the size. Here is the excerpt from the product description:

* Capacity: Cooks up to 6 cups of uncooked rice (approximately 12 cups cooked).

Deceptive Claim on Rice Cooker Capacity

⭐ 1 star because the size is unbelievably small. The 6-cup capacity means 6 tiny cups of cooked rice, not uncooked. I was shocked when I opened the box, it's much smaller than I expected.
Returning it immediately
