Easy to use. Just be prepared for some cranking.  Grind adjustment is a little sketchy, you have to use it once to see how its set then you can adjust.  there is no numbers or dots to guide you.  You have to take the crank and top off to get the beans in which is not a real hassle but could be designed a little different.   Overall I DO like the thing and my wife likes the quiet from the electric grinder when I am up early in the morning.  She says its the middle of the night.

Nice little unit for the price

I got a coffee grinder. We are talking about an adjustment button on the box to choose between a fine or coarse grind. Coffee is not fine enough. Where is this adjustment button? To answer the question, I am visiting your site. What is it for? No explanation for use... Do you know, as a manufacturer, that you are dealing with an option that does not exist, or at least, an invisible button. Do I need to consult an astrologer or a psychic to understand? My first experience with your company will definitely save me from the troubles of a future purchase.

I bout this at my supermarket new, and upon using it the metal grommet ring's plating on the plastic cover started to flake and peel into the coffee bean hopper and onto my hands too. Not food safe enough for use. I stop using it since I am not going to use metal contaminated coffee.
Design is flawed with the metal flaking off it. It takes forever to grind beans, grounds spill out of jar too when you unscrew it as well.

You have to turn it nearly 100 times just to grind a small amount of coffee beans.
