It has been about 30 years since I owned rice cooker, I wish I didn't wait this long to buy one after suffering with burnt rice or undercooked rice. This unit has been a game changer and with hosting international students that love rice, it makes my life so much easier.

Perfect rice cooker, 700watts helps cook rice much faster than the wimpy black %26 decker rice cooker I was using previously.

The bottom is always left looking super clean, nothings sticks to the ceramic.  I take great care not to scratch/crack this coating by only using wooden spoons  in it.

Can't say how long it might last as I've only been using it for a few weeks. But I have bought other products from this brand in the past and they have all been well made.

I had previously bought a cooker from another brand, and the material was so poor and sticky that I ended up returning it. In comparison, this Starfrit model is amazing. Everything cooks evenly, nothing sticks, and it feels reliable and well-made.

I've been using this electric rice cooker for 3 months, and it has completely changed my cooking routine. The rice always turns out fluffy and perfectly cooked — no sticking or burning. It's super easy to clean, and the “keep warm” function actually keeps rice fresh for hours. I also love that it can steam vegetables and make soups.
