Practical, good size

I often make recipes that are too much for just 2 people so I like to make them in smaller containers, then freeze one for a later date. These glass containers are great for that. You just thaw out the food & pop it in the oven, without the lid of course. They seal easily & tightly. Some others that I have purchased are hard to close. These are easy. Would definitely purchase more, probably different sizes as well.

If you freeze food, you need these

Among all the food containers, Starfrit glass container is the best one. I have tried pretty much all other glass containers with a little better price but I was almost always disappointed. Starfrit glass containers, however, never disappointed me. The lids are easy to open and close with no effort but still guarantee leakproof. The container itself is safe up to 750 F which is incredible.

Amazing glass container

I am changing my bakeware pans from non-stick to glass. These containers are the exact size I was after with the bonus of having their own lids. They will last a lifetime (as long as I don't drop them) and I don't have the worry of scratching the surface.

PERFECT FOR FREEZER MEALS

Had preciously rated these as 5 star. Then they started cracking in the freezer. Had purchased eight of these because they were a great size for freezing bulk prepared meals. Then one broke. The another, and another etc. was careful about no hot to cold or cold to hot shocks.

Don't buy if you want to freeze food.
