The quality of a container shows in its lid. It's very easy to clip on and release.. A very nicely designed lid, smooth and thick. The glass looks sturdy..I'm very satisfied with this container

Excellent quality

These glass containers do not stain, and are easier to clean than plastic ones.  This is particularly true for anything with a bit of fat in it.  Lock and Lock make ones with a great seal.  Well worth the price.

Among all the food containers, Starfrit glass container is the best one. I have tried pretty much all other glass containers with a little better price but I was almost always disappointed. Starfrit glass containers, however, never disappointed me. The lids are easy to open and close with no effort but still guarantee leakproof. The container itself is safe up to 750 F which is incredible.
