[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Difficulty at first but now it rolls like on wheels. Finally finished chopping menu of onions etc... I have not yet experienced the side dressing and whipped cream (the opportunity will not be long)

It runs in the right direction

Nice little chopper. I may buy a second one to keep in my camping gear to make a quick guacamole. The fact that it doesn't need power is great.

I bought this a few months ag, after my old chopper, which I've had for like 5 years, broke and it's not the best one but it is very easy to use, it doesn't take up any space and its easy to wash. The only issue I have with it though is that it doesn't always cut evenly, some pieces don't get chopped as nicely as others.

Ça ne fonctionne pas très

I thought this but think it might be wrong. The black bottom portion only turns a couple of inches in each direction. It doesn't appear that way in the video. Re the lid: I read the instructions & also watched the video so I'm positive i put the lid on exactly as shown. First of all it was way to hard to turn. I sorted wrapping a tea towel around the handle but I still twisted my whist. I cut the onion the same size as shown in the video, but I thought i should try cutting them even smaller, however, when I tried to open it, I couldn't get the lid off! As i said, it's extremely hard to twist but i did manage to get it to the unlock mark. But it won't come off! I've pulled & tugged and run under hot water. I've watched the video many times. Instead of a chopped onion, all i have is one that's starting to rot inside the container and a sore sprained wrist. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Stuck Lid

The idea is good, the practice is less. The lid of the chopper is difficult to turn and the food is little chopped, even the eggs.
