we recently purchased a starfrit pannini grill with reversable plates. we absolutley love it. its very versitile and cooking with it is easy. it has variable cooking temperatures for all types of cooking and it has a drip tray thats easy to remove and clean.

Everything you'd ask for a grill: this one can do hot-dogs (using the flat grid) and panini (with the rigged gril), they've added a 5 thickness settings device which prevent squishing the bread, build quality is great and doesn't weight much (about 4-5lbs)

Very Good Grill

Check it out because the first one I received had a crooked hinge on the left. I recommended it again and everything was perfect. I love it. I tried it to make a sandwich with fajitas bread. It's fine. Very happy with my purchase.

This article perfectly meets my expectations, it heats up quickly, when ready a 2nd indicator light snaps, pads with grilled surface and simple, what I find the most clever is the way the pads are arranged which facilitates the descent of the fat to the small tank

I love it, good value for money

Used it to heat frozen zucchini fritters up with the grill plates ! Worked fantastic and so fast!  made grilled cheese with the smooth side plates ... have yet to try the open grilling option yet .... But no complains so far ... easy to use easy to clean

As wonderful as i expected

Excellent Panini Oven

My family and I had a lot of fun making sandwiches - it was really fun. The grill works perfectly, the sandwiches are well golden, and the children were delighted. It was very, very, very delicious! I really recommend this product!

Summary

The product description before purchase was not clear enough. I was surprised that it was small, contrary to what was shown in the picture

Size

Do his job and give crisp paninis. Nothing sticks and very easy to clean. On the other hand! I have been using it at least twice a day for a week, and the chemical smell it emits once it is on is always strong and present. The quality doesn’t seem too robust either. I'll give her a chance for another week or two, or I'll turn her over.

Good but not perfect

Doesn't heat as described.  Even at maximum heat, it takes long before the thin meat is cooked. Too small.
