Neck

I was worried about the neck tightness as some reviews stated but not an issue for us (5 month old, 14 lbs). The jacket fits well, the neck is snug but safe, and I can comfortably hold my daughter on my lap with the vest on. The neck is non adjustable and snug but that prevents baby head from slipping through. God forbid I need in an emergency but this will work well I believe.

I bought these for me grandkids and they fit great. Great for kids under 30 pounds. We don't have to worry about it slipping up to high on the kids. It's best to have the right fit then having them in something that's to big on them.

This fit perfectly for our 18 month olds. It is the quality I would expect from Stearns and the price is great. I plan to get years of use from them.

The neck was a little tight, but after day 2 they got use to it.

Best we could find

Needed a life vest for my 2 month old, everything I found for under 30lbs seemed so big on him and would cover his face when I sat him up but this one didn't. It fit great for his size (13lbs)

Good item

I used it for my 11 month old due to weight. She will not wear it due to how tight and unfortable  it is for her.

Very little babies

Bought this for my daughter who is 8 months 17 lbs. and the tightness around the neck bothered her, she wouldnt let me put it on.

The neck is way too tight for my 11 month old, 19.5lb baby. She could barely move. It was 90 degrees outside so it made her completely  uncomfortable. She cried the entire time until we took it off of her. I think I will be returning it for a vest type, boating jacket. Good luck to everyone else, as it may be a better fit for your infant.

Neck/head support was way too tight.

I had to return. I checked all the click snaps and zipper in the store and they were all nicely tight fitting. At home the neck clip belt doesn't adjust at all and it was way too tight around my 19lb. granddaughter's neck. This product claims to 30lbs. Disappointed.
