[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am obsessed with the apex 3 tkl keyboard. First the colors are so fun, the keys make a satisfying click sound and it feels great to type. I really like the upper right how it has a scrolly button. You can turn the brightness of the lights up or down.

Amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving the design and all the beautiful colors bursting out of this beautiful keyboard. It's the perfect size and with the comfort of the ease of each key stroke. I'm definitely happy plus all of the colors are a mood booster. Easy to plug-in and work right away. Also the convenience of taking it anywhere you wanna go.

Such a great keyboard

influenster.com

I bought the SteelSeries Apex 3 TKL RGB Gaming Keyboard for my grandson, and he absolutely loves it. The keys are quiet, the lighting looks great, and it works perfectly for gaming. Setup was easy with no issues. Very happy with this purchase.

walmart.com

I needed a new keyboard when I accidently broke my other one... I didn't look at the specs LOL, so I was surprised when I had to download a program for it when I first plugged it in... ok cool, then I played a video game, and it saved clips. Extra feature I didn't know I needed honestly, because I stream sometimes. program app has a ton of cool features. Changing the lights how you want... honestly, it was a good buy. Expensive? Sure, but the features more than make up for it.

I bought this product for my laptop so I don't run down the laptop keyboard quickly because I play video games quite a bit and the keys will run down. This keyboard is nice I can control the volume via a scroll wheels on the keyboard, it lights up (easier to type in the dark and I can change it how I want even match what I'm doing), it's a small keyboard so if you lack space it's great and comes with steel series software. It's a great keyboard for gaming and daily use when this one runs it's course I'll def buy it again.

Great keyboard

This is actually my second SteelSeries Apex 3TKL, my last one I used for years! There are numerous qualities to this quiet, space saving keyboard that I want to share on my review. The keys are not "clunky" like some other brands, your fingers connect and glide over the keys resulting in a crisp and quiet game playing situation. The response time to register moves is one of the quickest I have ever experienced. I like that SteelSeries has models available at various price points. Removal of the keys is quick and smooth which makes them easy to clean and the keyboard is not mechanical making the movements more precise and decreases the typing sounds\noise level. The keys stay cleaner than most others. I haven't noticed prints, smears or oils despite heavy usage. The software is versatile allowing multiple avenues of play and the player can change versions and colors which makes for various game experiences. I personally enjoy the color turn wheel for volume control. For me, the keyboard offering a leg tilt up makes gaming easier. The user can also play different games using SteelSeries and save the data under your user profile.
Overall, I am very pleased and for this price point (or any), SteelSeries offers an excellent gaming keyboard made with a user\gamer in mind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its a good keyboard. Got it on sale. Picked it up the next day

I like that it does not have a 10-key pad as I never used it, but I miss a "Print Screen" button and have to do a keyboard command sequence in its place. I would prefer that it had mechanical cherry switches and a wrist rest pad, but overall it is comfortable, easy to use, and has cool customizable lighting effects. I bought it because I needed something spill-proof as I ruined my last keyboard with too much coffee spilt on it. So far so good.

Steel Series TKL Keyboard

I like the feel of the keys and the size, layout, and tilt are great. I prefer keyboards without a numeric pad, so this is good. For future versions, these features would be nice: 1. A USB port to plug mouse into; 2. Ability to permanently turn LED lights off instead of having to dim them each boot; 3. Relocation of Windows key -- my palm keeps activating it while I'm typing.

Decent budget keyboard, but has its drawbacks. The RGB lighting looks great, and the TKL size saves a ton of desk space. However, the membrane switches feel a bit mushy for intense gaming sessions, and keypresses can feel heavy. It gets the job done for basic daily typing, but it is definitely just average.

I want a new one. Bought one and it has a key malfunction. Randomly types the letter "d" while trying to type a word. Will change my review upon fix my current issue

SteelSeries Apex 3 TKL Gaming Keyboard. Centered front-facing view of a compact tenkeyless (TKL) wired gaming keyboard with matte black low-profile chassis, PrismSync RGB backlit keycaps showing multi-colour effects, dedicated media keys and clickable volume roller at top-right, SteelSeries branding on bezel; IP32 rated for water and dust resistance, whisper-quiet low-friction switches with anti-ghosting and rated for over 20 million keypresses, placed on a neutral studio surface; often used as a compact tournament keyboard for LAN play or desk-limited setups.
