I bought this keyboard to upgrade my setup, it took me a few days to readjust to its mechanical switches since it was a big upgrade from my old membrane keyboard. Overall, it's pretty good, the RGB customization is over my estimation when I realized I can customize any key instead of selecting the whole keyboard to customize. The keyboard itself does sound good with its red switches while being paired up with some prismcaps. The OLED screen, despite not being used often, I honestly think it's something attentive and cool that they added to this keyboard to make it more interesting.

I bought this to upgrade from my Apex 3 in order to customize the keycaps. I didn't think about the feel of the keys and just thought about the look. However after having this keyboard I love the sound and feedback I get from it. Also being able to change the lights on each individual key makes it really feel unique to me. Will be sticking to SteelSeries for my keyboards.

A Great Upgrade

I love the borderless metal frame of the keyboard alongside the darker saturated colors of the keys. It works great and looks great too on my table. My only hiccup is that the keys feel a little wide on top with some defined edges but it's fairly negligible. Would get again!

Love this keyboard!

I've been using the SteelSeries Apex 7 TKL with red linear switches, and I absolutely love it. The switches feel incredibly smooth—perfect for both gaming and typing without any resistance or clicky noise. The build quality is solid, the RGB lighting looks great, and the compact TKL design gives me extra desk space. Overall, it's a fantastic keyboard that I'd easily recommend to friends.

GREAT TKL and the linear switches rock

WORKS AS ADVERTISED.  TOOK ME A MINUTE TO GET USED TO A DIFFERENT KEYBOARD, BUT IT IS RESPONSIVE AND DYNAMIC.  I LOVE THE COLOR CONTROLS WITH MY MOUSE AND MOUSE PAD.  OVERALL, GREAT STUFF FOR A MAC USER AND I'M HAVING FUND DOING SO.

i play fortnite so i bought this and also the aerox 3 mouse and i really like it, its really responsive and the leds are cool. also i like the clicky sound:) also you can friend me on fortnite my user is TonyTonyFlopper

Great product to get. Was recommended to get a TKL keyboard by a friend an have always gone with a full size keyboard, but I like the feel of the TKL and is not to loud to be picked up by my microphone. Would recommend this keyboard to anyone.

Great Keyboard

I bought the steelseries apex 7 tkl about a month ago and i live it! I code a lot and the macro buttons are suoer isefel as well as the meta bindings. Something i would like though is to be able to assign macros to meta bindings as well

I bought this keyboard, because my previous one was too large and the switches were very wobbly. This keybord is a big upgrade, but the switches are a bit too sensitive for me. Overall it's a great keyboard for typing and good for gaming.
