Special Features

The extra strap seemed stupid at first but what a difference in comfort.
Also nice: I can move away a lot farther from the PC since it can use my WiFi network, not only Bluetooth.
Music and voice (discord): voice is better than my previous one, music I don't really notice a difference.

You forget it's on your head

steelseries.com

Love them work great would love if Bluetooth turned on and off with the headset not separately as I do forget and when you only have Bluetooth on there is a humming sound when you got no audio playing or got it very quiet but the sound quality and microphone sounds great

The gen 2 are so much better

From opening the box I was astounded by the style and quality of these headphones. With very solid construction they feel that they will not fall apart like my Sony Elites did. They are very comfortable to wear for long gaming sessions, with an amazing battery life. You can hear every detail with great accuracy and positioning which has actually improved my gaming skills. Hand down these are the best headphones I have ever owned.

Excellent sound quality

Got it as Birthday present for my best friend that has a hearing issue. He loved the headset with ingraving!! His whole set-up is Steelseries and he already spoke highly off this brand. I also gonna buy myself a Steelseries Headset (always had issues with other brands). The fact he is so happy about the sound and design, definitely with his hearing issues, makes me wanna have one myself.

Excellent sound!!

I've always been A bit skeptical about wireless headsets but thé Arctis Nova 7 Gen 2 is A beauty. simultaniously using my pc and phone is no problem at al, sonar gives sounds that I heard for Kiterally almost 10 years new depth and makes evertthing so much more Immersive. I've always been A huge Steelseries fan I swear by the brand and it's been sollidified once again.

Pleasantly surprised

I have them for a month now and they been serving me well. They mute decent amount of background noise despite not having ANC. Batery life is satisfactory, and they offer a wide range of various features with the app. The only complaint i have is that the material around ears is crackling sometimes, being slightly annoying.

Pretty much no downsides.

I'm big on headphones, I work in a foundry which is very loud. So I took them to work with me to test the noise cancelling, give it a 7/10 for that BUT thats without any sound. Once you start the music you can't hear, see or form a thought. Closest thing to a concert experience I could say. You feel the music it's pretty great I have convinced my buddy to get a set so he ordered himself and his girlfriend a pair. I was telling them about the sonar and how that works.

Wonderful product

This headset is really confortable. I tend to get headaches of headsets when they press on my ears or glasses. But this is not too loose and not to hard.
I haven't had it for long, maybe two months, but I think the build quality seems decent.
Both speakers and microphone has a really good sound.
I only gave it a 4/5 because I think the Windows app is not that intuitive and one time I could hear myself through the microphone.

Confortable

I returned my Arctis Nova 7 after just a few days of use. I was pretty disappointed with the software experience... I found the virtual device mapping over complicated and couldn't get my rotary volume dial to work with it. I also couldn't get them to fit quite right and found the dials on the headphones to be cheap feeling.

Poor software experience

When i buy a headset i'm expecting to connect it, maybe install the app, and use it.But with this headset to make it work i first tried to reinstall everything and then just asked for a replacement, so horrible it was. Now they seems to work good.
So there are pros:
Good sound quality,
Good app, but it can work even without the steelseries headset,
Good battery life,
Comfortable.
Cons:
Price,
microphone is terrible,
App(steelseries gg) can glitch sometimes or stop audio for a sec if you close and open it, sometimes just dont work,
The function of chat/game slider seems good, but at the end of the day you probably just gonna move adjust the sound in discord and never touch the headset slider never again,
Dongle is just horrible designed for pc(i got that you can use it for phone too, but i have bluetooth for that) it gonna cover other ports in one way or another. For solution they give you a cable to connect it to the usb, but its just weird like i dont need a whone cable for that, you just could put an small adapter because now dongle its just on my table occupaing unnecesary space. Next problem is if you stop connection by pressing the button on dongle and then try to start it again it will never find the headset(faster way is just disconnect it from pc and connect again).
Low quality sound effects for when you turn off/on bluetooth/headset, and just horrible sound when the headset connect/disconnect from dongle(i thought it was problem with the first one, but after receiving a new one the sound is still there so i assume it's normal)
In my opinion it's weird i need to do so much stuff to make them work( spoiler it may work how it may dont ) its just not user friendly and should not be my problem in first place.
I think it's hilarious to mention that you may need to change the usb port to make it work sometimes.
Conclusion: this model is horrible, maybe others are good but not this, would not recommend it, pretty sure for the price i paid i definitely would find a better one. I just heard so many good reviews of steelseries, but after buying it I noticed how many people was complaining about them. Probably gonna be the first and last headset from them.

My experience overall
