This is such a wonderful product for little kids from about two years and beyond. We purchased for my four-year-old for her fifth birthday and her two-year-old sister is equally as interested as well as their six-year-old brother. This is a well-made product and it will provide fun for years to come, I believe!

I have been looking for a used step to cottage because I was finding prices close to $600. When I spotted this, I was so excited. Huge bang for your buck. It's awesome for my grandkids. Much larger than the other plastic houses.

Purchased for my granddaughter's 4th birthday! It's perfect! It's sturdy and has everything a 2-6 year old would need in a playhouse. It has flower boxes and even a fireplace! Would purchase again even with the more expensive price.

My 2 year old loves this  play house! Totally worth it to upgrade from smaller ones. It has little shelves in it for books and toys. A play clock and a little grill and sink. The only thing I don't like is that the knob on the faucet doesn't turn and that's kinda weird since the grills knob does. Kids want to turn knobs. Also, parents ..your child will want to stand up on the 2 little seats and the fireplace. I keep this house inside.

Cozy and cute!

The Charming Cottage was purchased for a child care center. The children love it! They are having fun with all the special features. Four preschool aged children can play in it at a time. The teachers like the open window concept so children can always be observed. My only complaint is the stickers are not sticking very well.

I bought this for my 3 year old. It's a good size, one adult and maybe two kids can sit inside comfortably. My kid is 3 and quite tall for her age and she can get in and out of the house without bumping her head, with room to grow. She loves the doorbell feature. The house seems pretty sturdy and I'm sure it will last a long time. We keep it inside so I can't comment on outside durability. I just wish they added more sound effects or interactive features. Like the tap should be able to turn or move. Otherwise it's a great buy and I would definitely recommend it.

Good Quality Playhouse

This playhouse is beautiful and my daughter love it! Room enough for two or more children inside and it's tall to play for years. The only thing that I don't like are the decals. Some of them are taking off.

Spectacular Playhouse

Dimensions were not accurate. I looked at the inner and outer dimensions before I purchased. The dimensions are very misleading in side and out. Had to build a stand so my granddaughter could stand up comfortably. Will never purchase anything else.
