I wanted a lockable yet lightweight container to attach to the rear of my travel trailer to store items I didn't want in the onboard storage compartment (sewer items).  This container works great.  I had a frame that attached to the accessory hitch on the rear of the trailer.  I mounted this box to the frame and it works great!  Doesn't add much to the overall length of the trailer so it works in even the shortest RV sites.

I now own about 6 or 7 of these sturdy trunks. They hold a lot of stuff. I started using them when I traveled for a living and lived in hotels for 3-4 months at a time. I padlocked them  and they are tough. I've never had one break or dent.  They now hold seasonal wardrobes, breakable heirlooms. Christmas decorations and I bought some in colors for my kids toy chests.

I absolutely LOVE the Sterilite  Heavy Duty Large Footlocker!   

It's great for storing anything.  The handle and wheels make it easy to maneuver when it's full and heavy. 

I have purchased numerous times, and can verify the value and quality of this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the fourth Sterlite storage trunk I have purchased - the initial three identical trunks purchased about seven years ago. I was relieved to find the same Sterlite trunk as an in-stock item in exactly the same dimensions of the others so that I can stack it with others in a storage area. The trunk is sturdy, closes securely, can be locked, and has ventilation slots for air circulation while protected from wet weather.

Sturdy, sleek, compact, useful. Handles to carry it are nice. The latches are solid and sturdy. Plastic feels pretty dense but allows some give if the lid is being a pain to close. Overall-- great buy. No real complaints. Fits most padlocks, and stacking clothes, dishes, and whatever else is easy. Great storage.

Solid Buy

This is my 3rd purchase of these footlockers.  I store tools in them at my work and they are perfect my needs.  The wheels are an added bonus that helps me move the footlocker as it is quite heavy with all those tools inside. In addition you can easily stacfk 3 of them on top of each other.

Perfect for my needs

It is sturdy, lockable, nice looking, and the perfect size.  I am happy with it in every way.  I bought two and going to see if I can get another.  Highly recommended!  At the time I bought it it was an excellent buy.  I haven't looked to see if the price has gone up with all the world chaos.  I thought it was an excellent value!

Good quality and looks durable for the price paid. Definitely not the one you would be able to sit on but certainly stack able. Wheels are also good and can be easily moved (without the need of a fancy handle). Keep the stuff dry even if left in rain/ outside

Sturdy | Good for price

I have used this container to move items country to country with no issues at all. I did purchase a couple luggage straps because we all know the airport bag handlers are not the most gentle. Pretty easy to get through the airport. When i am not moving items country to country. I use this container for storage. Excellent price and size for transporting and storing medium size items. If the handle was longer that would make this the perfect container.

Brand-new, purchased 1day before camp, After first Boy Scouts camp one lid hinge broke and my son had to use duck tape for the lid to get through camp week. The plastic on hinge is fairly thin, no wonder it broke .
