Great laundry basket

I have owned 2 of the Ultra 2 Bu. Baskets and within a couple of months the handles have broken off these. The label in the bottom of the basket is practically intact which shows they have hardly been used.

Bought 2 of these to match other aqua colored items in the washroom .
Within a week cracking occurred by the handles .
Other than containing  light and dry towels and sheets  this item should  not deteriorate that quickly .
The second basket began breaking after two months .
Now some  handles are off completely .
The rest of the design seems fine and definitely the color of our choice .
Cannot find any at local stores to replace as not all should have this design flaw .
So willing to try again because of size and color of I can find any .
Seems like all retailers have the color white only  sadly .

I've purchased this product in the past and was pleased with it. My recent purchase was a huge disappointment. The baskets are so thin and flimsy. Where's the quality? We've become a throwaway society. Companies cheapen their products so they don't last and we have to purchase more. We cry about taking care of the environment but by producing inferior products, it contributes to the problem.

Poor quality!

Purchased product less than 6 months ago because of its great size.  Gray handles broke off and the plastic on the basket has cracked.

Poor design

I bought this to replace a laundry basket that I had for over 12 years and this cracked in less than 6 months. I thought this would last but will not be purchasing this brand again. The quality has gone down. I would like a refund so I can buy something that lasts. Disappointing.

Garbage

Absolutely LOVED Aqua with white handles. HATE the use of grey on the new version. PLEASE make the light aqua with WHITE handles. Trust me, it will be a big seller. New version it too ugly to buy. :-(

I love the design of this hamper, except that the handles break off. I have had it less than a year, and already 2 of the 4 handles have broken off. I hope Sterilite can figure out a way to redesign this hamper to prevent this issue.
