I  try making my crepes from scratch but they always turn out differently each time. And not always so great. I finally found a mix that makes consistently good crepes. They are thin with an excellent taste.  It may cost a bit more to use a mix versus making them from scratch but it is definitely worth it.

Yes, I could probably make them from scratch, but this takes all of the thinking out of the equation...

BEST MIX EVER

This is my 3rd or 4th order of this mix. First, I cannot find any crepe mixes anywhere else (grocery stores or Amazon) and why would I switch when this is perfect? As directed, it makes about 4. Thin it a bit and you can get 6. Very light, flavorful and so easy! I sometimes make the crepes plain but more often, fill them with fruit - peaches, berries, pineapple, kiwi. . . love it!
