They open and close easily and securely. The top compartment is perfect for holding pens, labels, paper clips and whatever else you may need. I use them for storing all my papers, brochures, and post cards from trips I have taken. I now have 8 of them because they work perfectly for what I need/want.

Perfect storage

I hope this will help us keep our receipts in order. Its very sturdy and will work with hanging file folders.

Nice File Box

Storex File Storage Box with XL Storage Lid

Good quality, plenty of space for storage & organization. Very happy with my purchase!

Storex File Storage Box

Works great. Convenient. Worth the money. Would like to see lighter colors so it's easier to see what's in the box.

Great value! Need lighter colors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I'm moving and wanted a file storage box for my *important* papers. this fits what i was looking for, however, the clasp that closes the box is tricky for me...it takes me a couple of times to get the latch to hook. not a deal breaker for me as this is temporary. if you aren't annoyed with a little bit of back and forth....i recommend this file storage box.

worked for what i wanted/latch a little fussy

Great case, but you could not get the sticker off. You get 2 stars for buying cheap stickers that dont come off in on piece.

Come on with the cheap stickers.
