Finally one that is actually made of stainless steel!!  Bought and returned so many others because they were aluminum and I wanted stainless steel like this one.

Love this popper! WAY better quality than the others that are not stainless steel. Weighs twice as much, no gears on top to get black and gross, the turning action is smooth as silk, nice wooden handles, and the magnetic lid is genius! My grandkids even encouraged me to write this review!

Worth every penny!

I don't use this for popcorn but for roasting coffee. I was surprised by how heavy and well made this is. Excellent heat transfer. And I received promptly after ordering.

heavy duty and excellent quality

This item This item is designed for safety first and then ease of use!  It also made out quality stainless steal. So it should last for many years. We prefer stove top poppers as tge kernels are more crispy to eat and nearly all tge kernels are popped, in addition to the amount of oil needed is minimal. And if butter is desired then it clings nicely to the very crispy popped corn.

The best of both worlds in stove top popcorn poppe

I got this over a counter top model and I'm quite pleased. I'm using it on a ceramic flat top stove, and I'm getting perfect half cup batches every time.

Lots of fun, takes about 3 minutes to create a half cup batch once warmed up. The kids love it.

BEST STOVE POPPER

Glad I chose this one based on quality and reviews. Works perfectly, hardly any un popped kernels, no burning. Robust and good looking stainless steel. Tons of popcorn and fun!

Happy popping

I have popped popcorn using a regular stainless steel pot for years.  Unfortunately, because I have a glass cooktop, it began to get scratched.

I love popping my popcorn in oil, so I looked into this popper since you can still make it on the stovetop.

I followed all of the instructions to put the lid together.  It was very easy to follow.

The only problem I've had is that after the first two uses there were scratches on the bottom of the pot.  If you stir almost the entire time, you will get scratching (you do stop once you feel resistance...but it's hard to determine what they mean by "resistance").  

I've started to stir intermittently and then remove it from the burner to let it finish popping.  This seems to help with the scratching.

I'm hopeful I will get better at using this pot.  I'm not sure why scratches are resulting (I used a ruler when putting the stirring rod together to ensure the 1/4 inch distance).  

The popcorn came out very crunchy and tasty!  Not all of the kernels were popped, but it was still pretty decent.

Has a learning curve

This popper broke upon first use.  The cable snapped before finishing popping.
Would not purchase.  You have to do too much work before the company will offer any replacements.

Seriously we only use this pot once and it's already falling apart way too much money for it to already be falling apart. They handle that supposed to be welded to the pot is hanging off the pot the popcorn stir inside the pot pops off minster
