It has complemented our kitchen beautifully and functioned reliably for four years without any issues. Unfortunately, the pull-out hose recently developed a leak and required replacement. We appreciate that the faucet is backed by a lifetime warranty; however, the warranty does not cover the cost of shipping replacement parts, which we feel is a slight inconvenience. This is the only reason we are unable to give it a full five-star rating. Overall, it remains an excellent product that we would recommend.
