so many reviews stated the blanket doesn't get warm enough. It honestly gets very warm. Its super soft and the cord is long so it's not a big deal that its at the bottom of the blanket. You do get what you pay for so if you want something more high quality spend the money for it. This is great for $25 as it is.

I loved the one I received as a gift for Christmas, so I have been purchasing them for friends and family.  It is a perfect size for sitting on the couch binging television shows, or across my lap as I work from home.   So much more comfortable having this soft, warm blanket rather than turning up the air drying heater!

Very happy with product

These blankets are the best!  I am able to keep my house a couple of degrees cooler as I have my warm, comfy electric throw.  I have purchased 5 of these same Sunbeam electric throws.  Caution, the last 2 were to replace 2 that stopped working.   One stopped working after 3 monts and the other after washing.  Please note:  I did not buy them from this vendor!  Regardless, they are are same Sunbeam blanket and they don't always last long.  Just a heads up.  If they offer a warranty, you may want to purchase it.

Comfy Cozy Warm

My sister bought the black and white throw and she loved it so I bought the red and black one.  I usually have to put on 3 blankets to get warm in my drafty house.  With this throw...it's the only thing I use and I am toasty warm whenever I use it.

Love it...

Color is nice, size is nice, easy to hookup, and controller easy to operate.  It does take awhile to heat up, and not as warm as I expected it to be, however it does the job when I need it.

The huge paper tag (which seems permanent) really messes up the use of this blanket. The controls are at the same end, so you either have a paper tag in your face or the controls at your feet. It does warm up although it's lightweight and the 3 hour timer is good.

OK for the price

After buying two of these heated blankets, I had an issue with one of the blankets controllers. The controller would not work properly. When the blanket was plugged in, the controller would not change settings and the blanket wasn't heating the way that it should. In summary, it was a defective controller and the heated blanket wasn't working properly upon purchase.

Warm, plush and heats quickly. Very attractive. My only complaint would be that the cord attaches in the center of a short side. The clicker is a short wire off of that. So you have to have the cord attached under your chin to be able to reach the clicker. Cord is stiff and clicker seems to always be flipped to the wrong side.

I purchased this blanket in November.  The blanket is the perfect size for curling up on the couch to keep warm and the sherpa lining is very comfortable  For a customer who is always cold, the high heat setting was perfect for keeping me cozy.
 Now, the highest setting is luke warm at best, the blanket barely heats up to a low temperature on the high setting and when it does, it takes quite a bit of time.  It isn't a poor connection between the cord and blanket, I already checked that.  It is also not a necessary reset.  Tried that also.  

 It is very disappointing when you have a full size electric blanket that has made it through multiple winter seasons and this blanket couldn't survive 6 months.

I was given this product as a gift - I get very cold returning to Maine from Florida. When assembling the cords to the throw, the temperature control ends up near your feet, not near your hands!! I contacted customer service as my directions did not match what was happening with the cords. They sent another one, but it was exactly the same!! I contacted customer service again, and they sent me a different set of directions, but it still meant the heat controls were near my feet!! So disappointed!!! Have put it aside - I wouldn't even donate it somewhere. The only way it would work is to have the heavy cord and attachment to the throw on your chest. TERRIBLE DESIGN!!!!

Terrible!! Don't waste your money!!
