Am very satisfied with the comfort, the quality and the ease of the controls. The connection plug at the foot area is not a problem for either of us, we have never felt it. My only criticism is, the controller is difficult to see in the dark and the light on it is very dim. Would like it to be lit while it is in use, or making it easier to adjust by the feel of the controls. We are very satisfied with the quality and pleased that we decided on this mattress pad.

Appreciate the Quality

walmart.com

I love this mattress cover. It is so soft and comfortable.

Great buy

Easy to clean and set up, but the heating control setting directions could have been clearer.

I would buy again.

This pad reminds me of my old waterbed. So warm and comfortable I don't want to get out of bed.

Great mattress heater

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does a good job warming the bed! I wish the control had a Preheat Setting that would then automatically go to my preset setting, after a certain amount of time. I don't like that each night, I have to set the control for the time and temp. It doesn't remember what I put in before and the preset is different from what I prefer.

It heats up fast but gets hotter at top of bed and not feet, so uneven heating. On low is too hot for me overnight. I've had several heated mattress pads, that have had more levels of heat and a mild or low heat which is more comfortable for me. I'll be returning this one.

Gets too hot and heats unevenly.

Sunbeam Premium Heated Mattress Pad, Queen front-facing quilted fitted pad with 100% cotton 250-thread-count top, 100% polyester fill and polyester skirt that fits mattresses up to 53.3 cm (21 in.); removable digital LCD controller with 12 heat settings and 12-hour auto-shut-off timer visible, often used as added warmth for a guest bed or travel cot.
