Works great and does what it's supposed to do at an excellent price. I've had several of the expensive K brand coffee makers and they just don't last very long. This cheap little coffee maker gets the job done perfectly.

I got it on BF deal and for the price I paid this was an amazing deal. The coffee maker is well built and comes with a decent size reservoir and the programmable feature really comes in handy

Value for money

Old brand with a solid reputation. Absolutely no complaints about this little bargain. Works a charm. Super glad I went with my Dad's reco to give this a try. The reviews would have lead me down the wrong path.

Happy I bought this

Surprisingly great for the cheap price but the cups scale on the pot doesn't match the cups amount in the coffee maker but I still love it, better than my previous coffee maker.

Very good for the price, recommend

Love this coffee maker. I program it to come on in the morning so by the time I get up and go downstairs, coffee is ready. Very simple and easy to use. Only drawback is I can't seem to remove the lid. It opens ok but doesn't want to come right off.

Fantastic coffee maker

Got this as a gift for Xmas, and tried making 4 pots of coffee. I waisted 3, because the arm that the water comes out of over the coffee grinds is too short. When it starts to perculate, the dripping water catches the edge of the coffee filter and folds it over the coffee, resulting in 80% of the water going straight down into the caraffe. If the arm was an inch and half longer, it would sit right above the coffee and not near the edge.

Easy to use, but water “arm” not long enough.

just bought it, seen the terrible reviews and thought it can't be that bad, well it is. you end up getting weak coffee because only half of the coffee ground get water to them.. I will be returning this item. Been on hold with the 18006678623 number(for 30min) seen as a response to some of the bad reviews. I'm not wasting anymore of my time aside from the time it will take me to return this garbage. I will no longer be buying any Sunbeam products.

The water doesn't just drip out of the percolator, it shoots out with enough force that it disperses the grounds away from the spout and brews very weak coffee. When I open the lid to empty the basket, the coffee grounds in the filter have been blasted away from the drip-arm, leaving only the bare filter between the water and my coffee pot, making the grounds essentially useless.

Can't Make Coffee

If you brew a full 12 cups, this is not a good coffee maker. The water does not drain fast enough out of the basket and it overflows while brewing and you get coffee grounds in you pot. And yes the coffee pot was in properly. At first we thought it was our coffee filters, so we tried a different brand. Same result. We have hard water so we replace our coffee maker every 3-4 years and have always bought Sunbeam programmable 12 cup model. The evolution of this coffee maker over the last 20 years are quite nice. We have only had this pot for 3 months or so and decided to replace it.
