My girlfriend bought one for me more than 8 years ago. Used it almost every day, multiple times during the day in the fall and winter for tea. Never though a small appliance could last that long. I love it. It finally pass away a few weeks ago. Looking forward to this one, also bought one for a friend.

I ordered my Sunbeam about a month ago and had very quick response. The Hot Pot arrived when I needed it most. I you it 3 to 4 times per day. It heats very rapidly.

The pot works very well. It heats up quickly. The design is deep enough to heat a lot of water and it is a very clean looking pot.

This hot pot is great. I purchased this for my daughter who is in college. She said she uses it frequently and it works great. She uses it for boiling water, cooking rice, top ramen, etc.

Just what we needed!

I bought this for my college dorm. It works quickly and efficiently. The cord is really short though. I am satisfied with my purchase, overall!

The concept is great the cord is very short... And the Teflon circle on inside bottom after 5 uses had began peeling. Not sure if I got a bad one but now it flakes off into the water and that seems unsafe to drink. Very disappointed. Going back to the old school Hot Shot

Not thrilled

I purchased the Hot Pot Express last summer for our RV. It never heated up so I exchanged it for another one. We just used the 2nd one for the first time this morning to boil water and it leaked all over the counter. I also noticed some brown stuff around the Teflon that has splattered onto the side of the kettle. I only put bottled water in the kettle. The brown stuff wasn't there when I poured water into it. Now it's been too long and I can't get a refund from the store. I'm not happy.

Had problems with two Express Water Heaters

Do not recommend. Lasted less than a month. Teflon on the inside began to flake. Even more concerning, the pot part separated from the heating element part, and when that happened I could see water in the bottom part where the electric components were. Not well made at all. Disappointing since I have other Sunbeam products that work quite well.

Hi, I had the same experience with the Teflon peeling after 1 month used. I used each weekend to manually make hot coffee. It was working well, but I started to see some peeling. Please see the picture I attached. I see actually the particle went into the water I boiled using this product.
