Leaves significant amount of kernels unpopped.

Requires disassembly and has hard-to-reach areas.

Recently bought this for the grand kids...they love it and use it all the time. We followed some posted comments not to over-fill with popcorn kernels and it worked really well. Love the product !!

Great Purchase !!

The machine itself looks very appealing and stylish. 
Don't put too many kernald in as you will get quite a few uncooked ones in the batch.  It comes with a kernal measuring spoon and i realized it works best with half spoon of kernals.
The only down side to this machine is the cleaning part; it is a true pain in the you know what.  The cleaning part keeps you from using this machine too much lol

after school to movie night...easy to operate...easy to clean...it's getting quite a workout Max

Solid machine .Easy to use. Experiment for your own type of flavour. Read the directions and have fun. Totally surprised on how good the popcorn tasted. If you are tired of paying the higher price of the microwave popcorn and smaller sizes now then buy this machine. Better for the environment and healthier choice. It only takes maybe 7 minutes from start to finish. Depends how long you wait for the kettle to heat up 3-5 minutes. 1/4 cup of kernels makes just as much popcorn as a microwave bag.Only drawback is cleaning the machine and having to take handle off. Have fun with your friends and family on movie night.

i bought this for my wife for christmas two years ago, and the tray on ours is cracking, in fact it's almost in two pieces. you really should offer parts for this machine, particularly if it's a part that's failing more than once. if you don't produce these yourself, maybe you could get us in touch with whomever does, maybe they supply parts.
as for popping corn, we too notice it doesn't pop it all, but that happens with all types of machines, even hot air types. we use coconut oil, it tastes so much better.

The popcorn is good but on average 50% of kernels are thrown out of container and wasted. I am attempting to fix the issue with magnets on the lid but so far I have been unsuccesful.i need heavier magnets.

À lot of wasted kernels

A burr of metal left in the threads prevented the handle from being attached. We tried it out anyway, hoping it would be worth filing out the burr and quickly found it wasn't worth it at all. Like the old air poppers, once the kernels started popping, most of the unpopped kernels were tossed from the vessel. So disappointing. We returned it.

Defective and threw kernels all over!

For the size of the machine I would have expected it to be able to produce much more popcorn at one time. It can not take more then 1/4 cup of kernels at a time. Was also very disappointed that when it was done popping the popcorn was not warm at all

Pot on the Stove is faster

I received this popcorn maker for Christmas. I was really looking forward to received it and try it but what a disapointment. It's really hard to put the popcorn and oil in the machine first and second the lid is so small the popcorn stays stuck inside and burns... I was patient and tried 6 times but had the same result each time. It' makes a mess and it's a pain to wash. Really not recommended....

Disapointed

Very terrible design. Popcorn pops so fast it will not come out of the lid and gets stuck inside and burns. Tried it twice and same results both times so we returned it. The Walmart we returned it to was not supprised as they had already had 6 returned from the x-mas season.

Don't waste your time!!
