Love love love my heated blanket and the fact that I can turn my boyfriends side off and still
Use mine. But I desperately need to get a replacement cord, due to our new pup chewing on the cord. Where can I purchase one????

I love my red soft velvetty feeling duo cord heated blanket so much. It's so flipping soft!! BUT, one side gets warmer than the other. And it's my side that doesn't get as warm. I don't want to return it because I adore it so much. I just wish my side got as warm as the other side.

I love it, But...

I loved this blanket entirely up until I washed it one time. Now it doesn't heat as good as it used too…. I also haven't been able to register it for the warranty cause every time I call I can never get through to anyone and I can't find the model number…. I'm really upset I use this for warmth as we don't have a heated home all the time and I'm anemic. I'd like assistance with a new blanket I can't afford a new one…

Loved it until…

You can feel all the wires, because the blanket is so thin.  I have to be really careful that my toes don't get caught between the wires.  don't like the remote.
The only thing, I love about it is, it's so soft.
Next time, I will get a thicker, heavier blanket.

Not happy

I bought this heated blanket 2 years ago. Had a house fire (unrelated to the blanket) and received a new one from my fiance for Christmas last year. I literally used it last winter and tucked it away until a month ago when I pulled it out to use this year.
It will NOT heat up and the control only stays on for about 30 mins until it shuts off. It is supposed to stay on for 10 hours! 
This is super frustrating as the blanket costs a pretty little penny.
I have already unplugged and replugged from the wall and checked the connection to the blanket. I have also tried different outlets. Nothing has helped. 
After reading these reviews it looks like Sunbeam is putting out faulty products even though they claim they are high quality. Too many people seem to be having the SAME problems. Something should be done for ALL these folks having this problem. We have spent a chunk of money on these blankets to have them crap out just shortly after getting them.

Do NOT Waste Your Money!!

I bought this blanket a month ago. Have used it for two weeks as I was out of town the other two... it would get warm in different places at different times which is so strange. Tonight it won't turn on at all now. I have checked the pligs, wires and outlet. The light won't even come on, on the heat dial. 
Very disappointed, as I relay to the heat do you my disability. 
I'm in a limited fixed income and can't afford another one....

Stopped altogether

I bought this and it quit working after a few months! Very disappointed! I am disabled and need it to stay warm!

Don't buy it. The thing stopped working after 2 days.  Its a blanket, two days indicates poor quality, poor quality control, poor design, poor manufacturing.... you choose

Stopped working after 2 - TWO - days

After one year it stopped working on one side altogether. Didn't heat evenly or enough on that side before that. The blanket is very thin, the wires don't extend all the way to the head of the blanket, and there are very few of them. Overall, really poor build quality, and very poor reliability.

Sunbeam has really gone downhill!

Bought this blanket 1 year ago & it stopped working. Checked with with a surface temp gun & it's 70 degrees - same as any other fabric in this room. Reset, even though no error is occurring per the controller. 

Obviously, with an average rating of 1.7 stars out of 5 (11/2021) these blankets are not good.  Even the worse products have 2.5 stars. This is not my first Sunbeam blanket that stopped working - but it will be my last. Buyer beware.
