Protect your purchase

This iron is light, even with the recharging mechanism attached allowing you to use it corded.  It heats up fast and stays on long enough to avoid putting it back in the charger endlessly. 
The only thing with using it corded is it makes the machine longer, so you have to change your technique of setting it upright.  If you had to use it corded a lot you would get the knack, I think.  
I like this iron.  I've been making many, many masks the last few months and this has helped.

I bought this to replace an iron I loved. The lights are counter intuitive. Green is wait, red is go? It takes a long time to heat up and the steam feature is intermittent.

i brought this iron without doing any research, and it look very nice with the optional cordless feature. I took out of the box and plugin and the green light came on right away which was strange. I expected a red light to come on first and then green when the iron was ready. I waited for several minutes for the iron to get hot, and it was still cold like ice. This my first time buying a sunbeam product and also my last. I return the iron and brough a proper working iron from a different brand that works perfectly

Didn't Even Work

This is a dreadful product.  It doesn't stay hot very long, and the reheat time is long.  It makes ironing tedious and annoying.  Furthermore, it only lasted 3 months before it stopped working.  Would never recommend this iron to anyone.

Sunbeam Cordless Iron Model GCSBNC-101-033

My wife bought this iron and inside 2 years of having it, one of the metal prongs at the base of the iron (that makes it heat up) melted and rendered the iron unserviceable.  So my wife ordered me a brand new one but it won't 
steam!!  Not happy at all.

Consumer care

My Mom and I both got one of these irons. My moms didn't even turn on. Mine turned straight to the green light and never heated up no matter what I tried. We will be getting a different brand of iron. One iron not working is one thing but both is ridiculous! this item should be recalled.

TWO IRONS NOT WORKING

I have had this iron for several months to do my big job ironing of fabric. It doesn't stay hot very long and have to pit it back onto the base frequently. It's annoying when I have a lot of iron8ng to do of large pieces of fabric.

Cordless not worth it

I have this some model and it was working good, but then just started releasing dirty water with little bits of black debis, damage my shirt and ironing board, not happy with it.
