I looked everywhere for Suncast hose reel. My wife who has an account with Walmart, said check Walmart. Lo and behold, I found what I needed and above all, much less in cost than Amazon, Lowe's, and other stores that carried them.
I will check Walmart before I buy anything else.

i have been using a Suncast Hose box or Smart track hose reel box for about 15 years. This is my Third. The second one is still working great, but it lives in the back yard. The first didn't have the special cutout for your foot to help stabilize both the box and yourself as your turning the handle, but housed the hose well enough.
The catch is you have to buy the more expensive one that also has the special gadget that actually moves back and forth to align your hose on the reel - not just roll it in and hide the hose. YES it is worth it. It makes rolling up a hose so much easier, neater, and less frustrating-plus helps save the hose! 
ALWAYS check the washer is not damaged and sits in nice and tight; or it will leak at the connection.  If you work at getting it set up right, it won't let you down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product worked as advertised, although plastic fittings seem weak. Time will tell whether there will be much leaking at fittings. Also, there were no setup instructions with unit. Not that this was hard to figure out how to install because most everything was already installed, but I feel you should still pack instructions with the unit! The centering device needs to be positioned over to the hose ****-up before winding hose and some people might not have realized that before setting up unit.

I love this hose reel!  This is the second one I have purchased.  It is large enough for the 120 foot professional grade hoses I typically purchase for our farm.  It has a built in roller that rolls the hose up neatly and also includes the short attachment (feeder) hose to attach the reel to your faucet.  This hose reel keeps the hose neatly out of sight but also allows it to be easily unrolled as needed.  I will probably be purchasing a third one for the barn area next.

I've had this exact same suncast 225' hose reel with guide at my home for the last 8 years. It finally gave up so I ordered a new one just like it. It gets full sun and has held up well. The inter roller broke is the only reason to change box out. I highly recommend this product. I'm going to order another one for my backyard soon.

The connections being plastic is… cheesy for the price, but not sure where you can find anything truly heavy duty for the average person. The way the roller hangs out on the edges making the hose pile up more on the edges is a little annoying as well but not to bad. Pictured is a 100' contractor strength hose(heavy duty) wouldn't recommend cheap flimsy hoses since they are going to fold flat when you roll up, restricting the water flow unless you fully unroll the hose to relieve that. 
The 2 metal bars zip ties are your tie downs. The back of the box at the bottom you'll see 2 little holes, gentle drive your stakes into the ground.

The  hose cabinet is fine. The only problem is the connections are plastic, not brass. I came on here to check on that   exact thing and it was said to be brass . My prior hide away cabinet was brass.  Well see how long it lasts

Plastic Connections

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quality issue...The supply hose would not stop leaking because of the quality of the end coupling..I tried replacing the washer to no avail.  I ended up using the supply hose from my old hose reel.

This is my 2nd suncast hose reel. The fist one lasted over 6 years, maybe longer, but the handle eventually broke off. I did work it a lot so I think I got my moneys worth.
This new one is a lot lighter, so they are using less plastic. The top is a flat plastic where my old one had the same weave texture on top.. 
let's hope it lasts at least as long.

Broken, it didn't even last a year.   The plastic part inside the cabinet where the hose connects to the inside reel split and leaks everywhere.  It seems to be flimsy plastic and it just didn't  hold up.  It is now unusable, we haven't even had it a year.   Would not buy again, would not recommend.
