The lowered telescopic rams enable the transmission to be transferred from the jack to the work table and extended to reach a maximum height of 74 Inch. Had this jack in our shop for 5 years now, just replaced the main seals for the lift cylinders. We have no complaints, it always works well. It probably helps that anyone who returns the jack to the tool room without fully cleaning it gets monkey piled by the rest of the shop.

Stable, strong while still nimble, reliable. I've used a bunch of trans jacks, and i always find myself back behind the sunex 1/2 ton. I love sunex tools because of the noticeable quality that is received at a fair price point. I rate this at 4 stars only because I feel the price point was missed here, while still FAR less expensive then other pneumatic twin stage jacks. Most times i buy Sunex I feel as if I got a steal of a deal, almost too good to be true given the caliber of product received. As with this, I feel I "got what I paid for" so to speak. Still better than you can say about most things, its just the first time I've felt this way purchasing a Sunex product. May I add that most of my tool box, is Sunex. Quality that's fair.

My Go-To Trans-Jack

Got a pair of them 6 months ago. head units are loose already worn. one of them the Hydraulic locked up could not get it to go down at all. had to disassemble and toss in the corner. now it does not work at all. buy a Grays if your a professional shop.
