Ease Of Assembly

Very quite, easy to use and the brushless motor makes for a low EMI generator. Came with everything I required to assemble and the assembly went smoothly. The only problem, I had, was the assembly manual made no mention of the main power switch located at the base of the treadmill. I thought I had a defective treadmill when I tried to start it from the push button switch on the console for the very first time. Wouldn't hurt to put this step in an updated version of the assembly manual. So far, I'm pleased with my purchase, good value for the cost. Would I do business with Sunny Health again? That will depend on how well the treadmill holds up to daily use and how well Sunny Health stands behind their products when I need repair service.

I've used a NordicTrack for about 12 years. When it was time to replace it, I decided to try a Sunny treadmill because I have been pleased with other Sunny items I've purchased. 

The ordering process was easy. Unfortunately, I was given incorrect tracking info for the treadmill which took hours to resolve before I finally got the correct info. 

The treadmill itself seems sturdy and well-made. However, the screen quality is disappointing given the price of the treadmill. It arrived without a screen protector and seems to be made of cheap plastic that looks a bit scratched. The connectivity with the different world runs on the app is great. However, the run does not follow the terrain displayed on the screen. For example - doing a beach run somehow becomes a largely uphill run, mostly at 8-12% incline. I don't know why the app puts its own incline route at the bottom of the screen instead of following the terrain displayed on the screen. Also, when doing an app run, you cannot adjust the incline to a level you prefer. The app just corrects it back to the incline displayed on the route. You can adjust the speed. 
 
In summary - The actual treadmill is quiet, seems well made, and I like it. The screen needs improving - both in materials used and in the actual display. It seems low quality. The app is great, but the run should match the terrain that you are looking at. Not the bar that goes along the bottom of the screen where the incline seems completely arbitrary.
