Ease Of Assembly

Workout Quality

I had the air version and upgraded to this one with air and magnetic resistance. It's an upgrade for sure with resistance. Less productive at the 30 minute mark. Only concern with this product is longevity as the volute spring went on the prior model. But I stayed with Sunny as the overall product is good and it lasted long enough to where I don't feel it was a financial loss. I used it often. Fingers crossed this last 2+ years with almost daily use.

The rower was easy to put together - my 73 yo sister put it together by herself! It's easy to use. As I'm in my early 70s and have a permanent leg injury, I am starting quite slowly. But, I am rowing 5 days a week. I think consistency is key. Love it!

Worth the money!

The rower I bought was easy to put together .Was worth the money .I live in a town home , so noise can be an issue .This rowing machine is quiet .The first couple times I used it I was worn out after about 20 min . Give yourself time to build up to going all out .My cousin also bought one and is enjoying hers . . .

I Love my rower !! It was easy to assemble it is not too bulky to have in my living room area. Iy is smooth and the seat is very comfortable.. I have it in front of my large window where I have many plants :u1FAB4: and the Sun shines on me :sun_with_face::sun_behind_small_cloud:
I put relaxing scenic videos that play music on my TV. A total Zen experience as I Row and let my tension melt away :heart::canoe:

I Love my rower !!

I just purchased this machine. Let me tell you it is sturdy. The only issue I have noticed is the pedal spacing is farther apart than what I was used to on my very simple and little hydraulic machine by SunnyHealth. But the drive is smooth, the ride is more comfortable because of the fan. and the padded seat. I use this with HOLODIA app on Quest 2 and really enjoy rowing. The main piece is pre-asasembled. You add the pedals, the seat, the slidebar and the rear stabilizer. Very pleased with the sale price and the additional 10% off. Brought the machine cost down to 495. And it is well packaged and protected. It had rained for 3 days and the box was a mess. But nothing touched the machine inside.
Lucky for me, my grandson put this together in no time just by watching the assembly video. Thanks SUNNYHEALTH!

GREAT MACHINE FOR THE PRICE!

Assembly was straight forward and easy. The machine is very easy to use and provides a great workout. I'm still trying to figure out how to remove the computer to change batteries.

When I got it, the metal frame around the wheel was about to fall off and was scraping on the belt when I rowed, but it was easily fixed by taking it apart and using a clamp to align the frame perfectly with the wheel. After that, as smooth as butter! One other problem, I'm tall (6'8”) and it's not long enough for me. Luckily my stepdad got one too, and figured out how to buy components that lengthen the rower. He ordered some more and is planning to help me lengthen mine.

With a few changes; great!

Easy assembly, looks like quality built. My only complaint is not enough resistance even at the highest level of 16.

Resistance

Assembly was easy, all necessary tools were included.
I'm tall -- my carefully-taken __quote__inseam__quote__ measurement (pelvic bone to the floor) is the same as the rower's, but in use I bump the rear stop unless I perch on the back edge of the seat. No extended rails are available :-(. So I plan to extend the front connection by 2 inches.

The machine seems quiet, I like that.

The added cost for __quote__smart__quote__ seems excessive, but considering the extreme cost of some other brands, this isn't a problem. The app is a little cryptic, NO instructions and I'm not a teenager so I needed to exchange several emails with simple questions.

I use it with iPhone and iPad, one for the app, one for a pulse oximeter so I can watch my heart rate. I understand the app can monitor heart rate with an Apple watch, but I prefer a dumb watch so this works fine for me.

Good product

Unfortunately, I haven't really been able to use it yet. It was super easy to assemble but the outer casing was cracked and the computer didn't work.
My complaint is it seems to be taking a very long time to have the replacement parts sent so I haven't used it.

Can't even use it yet

Used the Recumbent bike very little started making noise and then the pedals locked up I took it apart and the C-Clip was broken put a new one on and would not keep the belt on after that called many times asked for parts this bike is junk
