[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been searching for this product for a while and couldn't afford it. It's mostly for health reasons. I have Parkinson's and this helps with right area of body movement. I use it a lot in therapy so I wanted one for home. I love my recumbent bike.

The assembly took a long time. I never got the electronics to work. The right pedal keeps falling off.

If it worked, it would be great.

Works relatively well, except for the arms. Would be better if they were adjustable as they extend too far and is somewhat uncomfortable while holding them. Plus if not holding them you have to be careful that they don't hit you when pedaling.

Sunny Health Fitness Recumbent Stepper

Bought this bike in April 2024 for my wife to prepare for major back surgery scheduled for August. She was very happy with it and used it every day for 30 minutes until the crankshaft broke at the right side pedal connection. I put a lot of effort into getting Sunny to replace the part under warranty. 
She started using it again after surgery as part of her recovery and therapy, and guess what. . same part broke in the same place and the bike is useless now. . . I went back to Sunny and am hoping I can get the part even if I have to pay for it. They said they will let me know if it is available. This last problem started on 5/15/26. In summary, I bought the bike on 4/15/24, and on 5/15/26, it broke the same part in the same place. My wife is the only one using it, and she is 80 years old.
