I am 5'11" female. This fits me!  hard to find that.  It is a good workout.  Very smooth and quiet.  the only thing I would change would have it be foldable without the tensions cords.  But love that it fits me!  There are seat adjustments, so it would also fit shorter inseam people.

I love it! It's fun to use and you can definitely feel it. The best thing is you are using your upper body and lower body at the same time and it feels good when you are stretching them both at the same time:blush:

A fun and affordable machine!

I absolutely love the benefits of using this machine. However, the resistance band broke and replacement part is unavailable. Great. Useless now.

Good and bad

it's not a strenuous work out I can't close it and their refund is Horrible!!!! They don't care or make some kind of discount even though I'm paying it off. I'm on a fixed income and wanted a good  workout. I guess I have to use this piece of crap but I will get another something somewhere else. I will never order from them again.
