Bought this elliptical to replace one we had purchased roughly 15 years ago. The footprint is much smaller and the unit is quiet and so far we are very satisfied.

I was skeptical because of the price. But this was easy to put together, shipped fast, in good protective packaging. Once assembled, it is VERY quiet during use and has a great stride length. The adjustments are noticable and the monitor reads well for interactive tracking. I am impressed and very happy with this home gym investment.

Fantastic

I love exercising on this Eliptical. Easy on my joints. I can do a light workout or a cardio workout. The Sunnyfit trainers have several workouts on the app that are amazing. I waited to do this review to see if I have any issues. The only thing that comes to mind is it doesn't like going in reverse like my Orbitrek did.

I've used this 2x since purchasing/setting up, and so far no issues! I'm a middle aged woman - who isn't too handy - but set this up without the help of my husband. I did have to go online to watch a video for 1 particular step I didn't quite understand. Other than that, the instructions provided with the machine are sufficient and fairly easy to follow, and without breaks, it took just over 2 hours to set up. The machine (so far) is basically silent while in use, a real plus so I don't have to blast the music or tv unnecessarily. I have yet to utilize any of the workout programs in the SunnyFit app, but I have found a few that are of interest to me for the future. I appreciate that the machine is a few inches shorter in length than my last elliptical, so it does take up less space. The computer panel is fairly simplified and easy to use. Again, I have only used it a couple times since receiving it, but I am already very satisfied with my purchase.

The kids helped me put it together and after completing we're arguing over who goes first. Lost a star due to a bolt snapping during installation. Fortunately there was a spare bolt.

After a month of use the elliptical started to make a noise. After disassembling the wheel cover, it was discovered the belt was shredding. Some how the belt had moved off center. Sunny Fitness sent us a new belt and my husband was able to replace the old one. The machine works fine now. In my previous review I had mentioned it appeared the machine had been dropped. I believe this may have impacted the alignment of the belt and after gradual use over the course of the month the belt continued to shift and as a result started to come apart from friction against areas the belt was rubbing on when in use. Now that the machine is able to be used without issue, I have been using it with the in app elliptical workouts. This elliptical fits perfectly in with my other home gym equipment and despite our little hiccups with the machine, I am glad to have made the purchase.

UPDATE from previous review on 03/21/2023

I too have experience the same issue as buyer of 5/16/23. I purchased the Elite Interactive Series Exercise Elliptical in Jan 2023, but due to a family emergency only put it together in May 2023. So, I have only been using it for about 3 months and the unlubricated belt has broke due to the fact that it was threading around the right internal gear mechanism. This shouldn't have happened after just 3 months of use.

Unlubricated Belt Breaks Too Easily

cheaply made. The machine is dependent on an unlubricated belt that will thread around the right wheel. It's more work to disassemble and replace knowing it will guarantee to break again in a few months.

Poorly designed

Belt breaks too easily. Purchased in March of 2023 and the original belt shredded rather quickly and was replaced in August. It's now December and the belt is shredded again. Machine gets very minimal use. Very disappointed in this product.
