Recently purchased this elliptical. Arrived packaged very well to protect equipment. Assembly instructions were excellent and it was easy to assemble. I use it daily and love the way it feels. I highly recomend this product.

Sunny Health & Fitness

I'm conflicted. While it is set at a competitive price, I expected something a bit better than this. It works and it's not too loud, but the main vertical piece repeatedly comes a little loose no matter how many times (and no matter how hard) we re-screw it into the base. The console is fairly useless - it consistently says I have gone over a mile in under 5 minutes (and while I'm using it to “run,” I'm clearly not getting even close to that pace). And for whatever reason - despite the grippy surface - my feet seem to move all over the place within the oversized pedals (which I rarely experience when using the ellipticals at my gym). Finally, the water bottle holder is set too low, so that I have to slow down considerably before replacing my bottle after taking a drink mid-workout.

Ultimately, it isn't worth the time or effort to take it apart and re-box/return it, but I would choose a different product/brand next time. I would also reconsider spending the extra money for a product with incline capabilities, as I underestimated the difference this can make in helping to target specific muscle groups.
