My floor used to freak when I was on my elliptical but now it doesn't. I can tell the pad is helping.

Although I have only used the bike once, it felt very solid and smooth and quiet. I love the material that the handlebars are made out of because your hands don't slip when they are sweaty. The bike arrives in one box very well packaged, but also very heavy. My husband and I unloaded the box on our driveway and brought the pieces in one by one. It was relatively simple to assemble and all the tools are provided to you.

This treadmill is perfect for us; we love how it folds down, the wide running track, and the low step to step on the treadmill. I like it for the most part. 2 items to address: 1) the belt is goingbto be hard to adjust, no matter what it still drags/loose. 2)It doesn't move around very well if you have the mat under it because the mat is thin and keeps rolling up. It's definitely a home use only treadmill, not as good as the gym ones but will serve its purpose.

These Mats fit all and each exercise piece perfectly ! I even purchased large for my pilates machine! They are thick and very sturdy! I am waiting for the xs for my glider! very pleased,also with frequent updates as to when their delivery will be!! very pleased!

Does the job OK under a treadmill. But on thicker carpet, it easily bunches up and has large dents under the feet of the machine. There should be an option for an extra thick/stiff floor mat. This particular mat would be best on hard floors or commercial-type non-padded carpet
