I've been walking on it for almost a month, and the treadmill is working great. Because of the fixed incline, one needs to start at a lower time and speed, then work your way up.

Great value for the price.

I bought this about 4 months ago. I absolutely love it. I have not missed even one day getting on my treadmill. I'm 69 years old and I fast walk (not run) on it and my legs are feeling stronger. My goal is to never need walking assistance in the future and this treadmill will do the job!! And my doctor is thrilled

I'm really happy that I purchased this compact foldable walking treadmill. I walk 3-4 miles, 5 days a week outdoors. I purchased the treadmill to walk indoors if the weather doesn't allow for me to walk outdoors or if I want to walk on Saturday or Sunday.

Indoor walking

This treadmill is a lot bigger than it seems. I'm 5'2, weigh about 160 and this treadmill is perfect for me. If you are like me and like to walk and jog this is the treadmill for you. I am giving this five stars because it works great and the treadmill feels very sturdy when I run on it.

We love this treadmill! When looking in sporting goods, or exercise equipment retailers, we found that the treadmills they were selling were HUGE! Just way too big for our home.. After reading about many different treadmills in the lower price range, we decided to go with this one. It is perfectly sized, not too large, but still sturdy. I use it for fast walking, my husband uses it for slower walking, just to get in his steps, and my son, a soccer player, uses it for running. We all love it!

My whole family loves it!

I'm a 78 year old man in good health, weighing 153 pounds and standing about 5' 9__quote__. I probably won't run on the treadmill, so I can only comment about how it performs for a walker. So far my walks have been a pleasure. As I walk I adjust the speed as it seems fitting. There are up/down speed-adjustment buttons on the right handle, making it very easy to vary the speed as you walk. The console displays your lapsed time, speed, distance traveled, and calories burned. If you grip the handles, the console also displays your pulse rate. I heartily recommend this treadmill to anyone who will use it for walking. And, as far as I know, it will perform well for runners too.

This treadmill lived up to the great reviews. I am 73 years old. My husband assembled it for me in an hour. I like the displays and readings of my heart rate. We did adjust the incline with wooden blocks so it felt more level like walking on my older one. However, the slight incline has helped my leg strength and heart . The size is perfect for my family room. I would recommend this to anyone seeking a basic treadmill .

Very pleased

This machine is smooth as heck! I really get a good sweat on in just 25 - 30 minutes - excellent. It does not make much noise at all. I am very happy with this treadmill. Also, it was a breeze to put it together and I have like no manual skills at all. But the assembly was a cinch. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to walk or run. Great treadmill.

This machine is smooth as heck!

Machine is doing what I need it to do, I have had it a few weeks now. I do 30 minutes on it (love incline!) and 30 minutes on Sunny's slim bike every day. Treadmill has developed annoying squeak when walking on it. That's why only 4 stars. I hope it lasts for a year. Put it together by myself. A little worried when they said to save the box 30 days...
