The smaller profile of the treadmill is perfect and not too short or narrow for me (5'4"). The ability to adjust the screen and use it as a support is a plus too.

So Far So Good!

A 5 Star product. Delivery was great 5 weeks ago on 4/12, in good condition, very well packed and faster than anticipated. My wife loves it, she gets motion sickness at times on moutain roads. She could only use this treadmill for about 7 minutes the first time but after two weeks she can handle 15 minutes fast walking at 0.9 mph. We need to set up now a screen app for walking so she can concentrate her eyes on a virtual horizon to avoid the dizziness from motion illness. We are seniors, 76 and 73 and are happy to have this treadmill for cold and wet days.
The treadmill is quiet and smooth running, the controls are very precise and progressive from 0.1 to 9 mph. The auto incline works well and allows a much greater workout and is also very progressive and precise. This is ideal for us. The width of the rolling rubber fabric is ideal for walking slow when the feet are wider apart without stepping on the metal frame , this makes it safe and prevents stumbling. Of course when running, the feet are landing in front of each other but when slowing down the feet land more apart the slower we go. This treadmill width is ideal for this transition and prevents stumbling. This treadmill is heavy and feels very stable. We are 125 lbs and 220 lbs. 5ft2 and 5ft10. This machine is ideal for us. It could be fine for someone 250lbs but not taller. Two strong people are needed to move it and put it together which we did in an hour and the lubricated it. Assembly directions are great. It is mostly assembled and unfolds easily. When all screws are in, it does not fold. So this cannot be folded and put away without removing two large screws. I had the impression when I bought it online from the pictures that the handlebars folded down and the treadmill could be tucked away against a wall or even under a bed, this cannot be done so easily unless one is very athletic and willing to take out and put back the screws each time.This is not a problem for us. we have plenty of dedicated space for this treadmill. It is nice to know that if we move in the future, it is so easy to fold it back and put it back in the box which I am keeping for this event. We are slowly downloading the apps and getting into the blue tooth part. We love getting into it!

A 5 Star well designed Treadmill

Great little treadmill. I don't need lots of features, just something quiet, smooth, and not huge. This checks all of those boxes and was also easy to assemble.

All is great but my Free Mode workouts are not being captured or connected to the Sunny app. Therefore, my profile in the app shows no workouts. I have given up and do not even bother anymore.

So far after first use it is great! Very quiet and I like the smoothness of incline changes. The only thing that I don't care for is how you have to collapse it. I thought it would just be able to fold down, but instead have to unscrew things each time you want to collapse and put back in when wanting to use again. So it will be staying upright instead. Also the cup holder is useless because of how small it is. Can't even get a regular bottle in it. So I really don't understand the purpose of it.

Mostly great

It's a good machine my wife loves it. We have another smaller treadmill that didnt incline so we upgraded. We like how it syncs with the app. Even our large dog likes the incline feature. The only thing we can not find out is why it conducts a small shock when we are running/walking on it and touch the heart rate tabs. We have a mat under it, changed shoes/ workout gear. It could be the location were we have it either way we will figure it out.

It's a good machine my

I am happy with my purchase, I like the compact design. I am 5 foot eight and the running area is sufficient for walking.
If I want to make it foldable, it only requires a few tools to accomplish. I do wish however, it would fold down without having to use the tools.

Compact, perfect for my needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put the unit together, it was easy. The console display would not move from the horizontal position. I sent an email, they responded quickly but I was expected to take the entire deck, control center and console apart, I did this and found that I didn't have the tool required to fix the problem. Now if I could move the console to the proper angle it would be a good treadmill. It seems to operate pretty good. Once you take it out of the box, taking it back is going to be a problem, so I'm going to live with the problem, they should have taken the time to test this before shipment.

Needs Work, You may have to repair it yourself.

Stopped working after 3 months. Customer service from sunny health basically told me to try to fix it myself. Complete waste and would never buy again.
