I'm not sure whether this review is positive or negative. It certainly is factual. I purchased this product through the Walmart website. In the second part of the first step in assembly, I was unable to attach the main frame to the "rail," because the holes did not line up. I called  customer service at Sunny Health and Fitness. The person I spoke with seemed eager to help and asked me to send pictures of the serial number and the misaligned holes. I sent pictures and received the following reply: "Thank you for providing the requested information. 
I have spoken with a technician and they believe it could be mainframe damage. 
Unfortunately, because this is the mainframe, there is no replacement part that we as the manufacturer can send out to solve the issue. I would recommend reaching out to Walmart for an exchange of a new unit.
If you do not want to ship the whole bike back, it may be possible to gently hammer it back into place with a hammer and a piece of cardboard to avoid damage.
Before trying this, please reach out to Walmart first to see if they could offer a partial refund for this and to ensure that you do not violate their warranty."
I went to Walmart's email confirmation of my order, clicked on "start a return," and followed the prompts. Walmart immediately agreed to refund my money and gave me a choice between shipping the product and taking it to a Walmart store. I took it to a store. No problem. Painless return.

Order Sunny health and fitness Sf-E3810 One of the stabilizer bars had been re-welded to a brand new machine with gray paint but it didn't match the stabilizer bar that the rollers go on was crooked. The shiny metal on the Pedals wasn't finished properly cut my finger it's jagged metal on each pedal. What a piece of junk how can any company let something like that out the door.

I can't load my pics have reduced but want load

I wanted to be happy with it. It was resonably priced and had the longest stride I could find after doing a lot of research on multiple sites. The one and only (big) problem is that the handles are loose. No matter how hard I tightenen them, they just become loose again. I even had my husband tighten them, and nothing helps. The loose handles make the workout less enjoyable. They need more reinforcement at the connection with the peddles. Now what do I do? I'm stuck with it... Perhaps the seller or mamufacturer could advise.

The weld that connects the left foot rest and the wheel is welded wrong. So now, the wheel doesn't stay on the track on the left side. Every time the wheel moves forward it comes off of the track, and the wheel is literally leaning to the side because of the weld. This is also the last stages of putting it together. We wasted our time assembling it because the wheel won't stay on the track. The whole piece that connects the wheel and the footrest is made wrong. Also the holes for the screw to attach the leg to the hand bar did not line up-because of the weld. We spent over an hour trying to figure out if it was a leveling issue or we put it together wrong. It is the weld.

Long choppy stride, had to push with alot of force when using,  painful for me to use,  hurt my knees and back,  I pulled a muscle in my leg and back, tention knob had to pull to reach when put together, hard to put together, easy to take apart,  to hard to use for me am 5'4" and within the weight limit and middle aged.  It's manual not electric.  I need electric powered.
