I'm 6'5” 200lbs with really long legs. Even the towing machines at the gym are often too short. This one has a super long inseam and even I don't hit the bumper. Just got it so will update on durability. But impressed so far. Set up took a little doing. Roughly 45 mins but nothing intense or that absolutely required two persons to complete. Very impressed with this economically priced piece of cardio equipment so far.

For Tall people - get this

Easiest assembly instructions that I have ever seen!  Parts for each assembly step packaged separately....so no confusion about what parts go where.  Hardest part was unboxing machine.

arrived earlier than expected. box was a bit damaged but the rower was protected pretty well. instructions were simple. I let my 6 year old help me put it together and it took us about 45 minutes. the only issues are shown in attached pictures. not sure if the divide at the seam is a manufacturing error or not but we couldn't get it to snap together. I do think the end cap damage was from the box damage. It's not a concern though.

I was able to put the rower together on my own with the included allen wrench. My children and I use the rower without any issues.

I dislike how close the foot pads are to the floor
I dislike the hard seat

What I dislike

Smooth movement, very quiet and comfortable. Would like the handle bar to be a few inches wider to allow for more clearance between my forearms and knees.

My MRM

Assembly was easy to follow and if I was better at putting things together in general, I don't think it is out of the realm of possibility to have this put together in half an hour.

I am a little over 6 feet and around 200 pounds. The machine seems sturdy enough and the glide is smooth to me. I got this rower as a budget friendly option to see if I liked the exercise and if I stuck with it and needed replacing in a few year then I would upgrade. So that being said I know there would be some draw backs.

For this peace of equipment it is the amount of resistance it offers even at the max level. I went straight to the highest and to me and my brother it felt like very little resistance. Even my sister who tried it did not struggle too much, when we cut it to half resistance even she thought there was not enough resistance.

I know this is a cardiovascular exercise mainly, but I feel after six months of training the highest level of resistance will not be a struggle no matter how long a session I go for.

So overall I think this is a decent unit for the right price, but it is definitely for beginners imo. If you are looking for replacing what you use at the gym or are moderately trained in the exercise this model may not be for you.

I think I will get my use out of it until I decide if I want something with more challenging resistance.

Good Budget Rower for Beginners

I loved it while it worked. After about a year, lost all tension (absolutely no resistance when rowing). Tried reaching out to Sunny with no luck. Has been sitting in my home office for last 2-3 years.
