Great build quality and the spinner's quiet. But the sled makes some noise, and the LCD screen is hard to read without bright light. The hardest setting isn't that hard, but that's fine for cardio workouts.

Good Value Machine

I was nervous buying this since there weren't any reviews but I love my Sunny SF-B1879 and so decided to this rower a chance. Boy am I glad I did! Every pull is smooth! The resistance is good enough for me at level 3 so I think this rower would be good for advance levels or beginners too. And when I'm done I just fold it up and leave it against the wall! So happy with my new rower!

I just got this on Friday March 26,2021! The assembly was fast,easy and all parts were provided. It took about 15 minutes total. The seat is very comfortable and glides nicely along the rail! The display gives you options of rotating through time elapsed,current workout count and count since initial row workout and calories burned. The machine is super quiet and it will give you a good workout aerobically and from a muscular fatigue standpoint. Make sure you have decent hip knee and ankle range of motion to go into a deep squat position. You can always modify the range to fit your anatomical needs.This machine will most likely improve any tightness you may have in those areas as well. The cardio part is awesome! It's so low impact that you don't have to be as concerned about your joints being over compressed. I am a PhysicalTherapist and I would recommend this machine or rowers in general to get a great full body and cardio workout!!! It also can be stored upright if you don't have a lot of space! I'm glad I did my research and chose this product!

Love this Rower

I'm very happy with it. It is very strudy and the seat is very comfortable. Usually most rowers skimp on the seats. Also the foot pedals are nice the straps keep them tight and the swivel movement keep your feet sturdy but comfortable. The machine is very smooth and quiet. I believe that I will get a lot of use out of it.

I chose this one over the other rowers Sunny offered based on the high weight limit and the fact that I can focus on my upper body as well by using the floor plates on this rower. This rower did not disappoint.

When you people get back to me and resolve the computer problem, I will be happy with the rowing machine. The computer is not registering anything it should. I've tried everything I could think of to make it work. The size, weight and general physically appearance was good. However, this machine has 16 levels of resistance but the 16th level was not much of a challenge even for a beginner. There is absolutely no room for growth with this machine. I was really disappointed.
