very good for the price. lots of parts but easy to follow instructions. and i feel the burn! i suggest buying from walmart not amazon cuz waomarr has a 3 month return window! amazon only 30 days. shop here !

It was packed very well, assembly instructions were thoughtful, the tools and nut/bolts were laid out clearly ("step 1: use this bolt and that allen wrench to join X and Y").  I am an assembly-impaired older lady so it took me several hours to put it together, carefully following the instructions.  I started the seat at mid-point, and moved it back a notch so my knees wouldn't hurt.  This machine is a great way to move up your fitness program a notch.  Sunny has posted plenty of online video workouts to follow.  All in all I'm very glad I bought this.

great for assisted squats if you have knee issues

Row-N-Ride Pro Squat is a great machine for toning and muscle building for legs and butt, also help to strengthen your back. It's not only for younger people; I'm 76. 

The machine is quiet, smooth, and easy to adjust for resistance.
Putting it together is a bit of a chore if you are doing it alone .. took me a couple of hours; though I did stop to have a cup of tea😄

I like the durability and ease of putting it together.

If your looking for a machine that is quiet, look else where. It's a solid machine, but it does make noise.

Price was Good. So far machine works well. Handle bars might work better not so curved at the top for different gripping. EXERCISE METER IS JUNK. It won't even track the time much less reps.

Easier for 2 to assemble.  Read over the assembly instructions and watch a YouTube workout video to see how the equipment moves for an easier assembly.  It was difficult to assemble because the holes for the front feet were a bit off so washers were not required.  The main bar was not aligned to hold the hydraulics cylinder straight so there was a screeching noise and the row action was not smooth. Good exercise equipment concept with resistant bars to workout arms and legs, but with all the deficiencies, the equipment did not perform well.  The handle bar height is not adjustable and found it too high for my 5'3" frame.  I found it difficult to move into storage when folded as the feet do not roll and is not compact.  Disappointed with the assembly and trial and returned.  Grateful for a full refund.

Great workout equipment concept but poor quality

The Pro even though it cost more than the Smart does not have app assistance for training videos like it is advertised to have. The Smart has app assistance for the training videos.

Leaking oil from the resistance cylinder, while unpacking we noticed oil, after wiping off we continued the assembly, shortly after using the equipment I noticed oil stains on our carpet from the cylinder leak.
Please advise?
