I like that this rower has a narrow footprint, is light weight, easy to assemble and move to different locations, and had competitive price, I'm 5'6" senior and the length of leg extension is just right. I would prefer longer extension but this was sacrificed for the good pricing and ability to still provide decent workout. appears to be made well.

What an energy booster! This little machine is sturdy,and powerful. I feel a nice burn even two days after my first workout. The handle bars are not elastic bands but attached to the metal rod. But even still, I got a great cardio and toning workout. Love it.

I Love It :-)

I was a little skeptical because I'm use to the one's you pull the string and are bigger, not one's with handlebars and and short and low to the ground. But it surprised me, it works great and gives you a pretty good workout if you do around 30 minutes or so.

Better than I thought

I'm a 60 year old woman and have owned rowing machines in the past. This is by far the best I've ever owned. I have sciatica and it has helped my back pain. So easy to use and if you have a fitbit it counts as steps on your fitbit too.Excellent value,

Love my new rowing machine.

I have a knee injury and wanted low impact whole body workout. This fits the bill perfectly. Arrived quickly (a week before delivery date). Easy to assemble and use. Because of my knee I raised the back leg onto blocks to get on and off easier. Definitely a winner.

Fun, healthy and affordable exercise

I bought this for my dad, who was having difficulty connecting and disconnecting his Bowflex because of his decreased flexibility. He has figured out how to get up and down on this rowing machine, and it works great. I used it and liked it just as well as the one I use at the gym. It is lightweight enough that it can be moved easily from room to room to use in front of the TV and then moved out of the way. Doesn't really take up much space.

Even great for my 87 year old father

I just bought this product last week, overall experience is not bad.

Pros:
It is not heavy and it fits my small room, I can lift it up and place it in a corner so it does not take space.

If I do half an hour rowing I really do sweat.

Cons:
I think this product is suitable for someone who is 5'5" or taller.

Sunny health & fitness rowing machine

This little machine is just what I wanted. I needed to get started using my muscles again. Sine I am retired now, I am not as active physically. I wanted just a little something to use my arms and legs daily. This little champ just does that. It doesn't take up much room and it is easy to move quickly if friends stop by. I am glad I bought this one.

Makes fitness easy.

My husband bought this, although we were both going to use it, on the recommendation from a friend. It might have worked out except that we both have had back problems in the past which prevented our using the maching to its fullest. Back muscles are also involved in rowing and we just didn't realize how much until he began to try it out. He didn't hurt his back because after doing only a few 'rows' he realized that his back muscles were being affected, so he stopped. The next day he was slightly sore and the back a little strained, but not much. We realized we would not be able to use the machine because of our back problems, so we returned it, regretfully.

Would have liked except for back problems

It's a lovely machine but the seat is as hard as a rock and it hurt me to the point that I had to stop using it for a week. I don't even dare trying again and yet, I had added a cushion on it. The seat is poorly designed. Otherwise, it's a great exerciser.
