I like that this rower has a narrow footprint, is light weight, easy to assemble and move to different locations, and had competitive price, I'm 5'6" senior and the length of leg extension is just right. I would prefer longer extension but this was sacrificed for the good pricing and ability to still provide decent workout. appears to be made well.

I bought this for my dad, who was having difficulty connecting and disconnecting his Bowflex because of his decreased flexibility. He has figured out how to get up and down on this rowing machine, and it works great. I used it and liked it just as well as the one I use at the gym. It is lightweight enough that it can be moved easily from room to room to use in front of the TV and then moved out of the way. Doesn't really take up much space.

Even great for my 87 year old father

I was a little skeptical because I'm use to the one's you pull the string and are bigger, not one's with handlebars and and short and low to the ground. But it surprised me, it works great and gives you a pretty good workout if you do around 30 minutes or so.

Better than I thought

It arrived 3 days after I ordered it and didn't expect it so soon. I was hesitant to put it together and let it sit over a week. My boyfriend advised me to cut my losses and sell it in a classified. But I put it together on the day I planned and use it every day now. It's a lot of fun, I lost a few pounds and my arms are stronger too

This is a great little rowing machine for smaller people and spaces. It was super easy to put together - as in 10 minutes. There were only three things to attach. The rower itself is very sturdy and heavier than I expected for such a low price. It is somewhat short so I wouldn't suggest this for anyone over say 5'9". For reference I'm only 5'2" and this will be perfect to sit in front of the TV and have a fun workout. It also takes up much less room than my stationary bike freeing up some much needed space in our one bedroom apartment. All in all I'm very happy with it.

Great Little Rower

This little machine is just what I wanted. I needed to get started using my muscles again. Sine I am retired now, I am not as active physically. I wanted just a little something to use my arms and legs daily. This little champ just does that. It doesn't take up much room and it is easy to move quickly if friends stop by. I am glad I bought this one.

Makes fitness easy.

I just bought this product last week, overall experience is not bad.

Pros:
It is not heavy and it fits my small room, I can lift it up and place it in a corner so it does not take space.

If I do half an hour rowing I really do sweat.

Cons:
I think this product is suitable for someone who is 5'5" or taller.

Sunny health & fitness rowing machine

I'm so pleased with my Sunny rowing machine! It more than meets my expectations. I didn't want to spend a small fortune on a piece of exercise equipt., so purchased this very reasonably priced one thinking it probably wouldn't be great, but perhaps it would do....and yae! It's super light weight, easy to move around and store, smooth rowing action with a slider seat, and a great work out from home. Now I have no more excuses!

You won't regret it!

My husband bought this, although we were both going to use it, on the recommendation from a friend. It might have worked out except that we both have had back problems in the past which prevented our using the maching to its fullest. Back muscles are also involved in rowing and we just didn't realize how much until he began to try it out. He didn't hurt his back because after doing only a few 'rows' he realized that his back muscles were being affected, so he stopped. The next day he was slightly sore and the back a little strained, but not much. We realized we would not be able to use the machine because of our back problems, so we returned it, regretfully.

Would have liked except for back problems

It's a lovely machine but the seat is as hard as a rock and it hurt me to the point that I had to stop using it for a week. I don't even dare trying again and yet, I had added a cushion on it. The seat is poorly designed. Otherwise, it's a great exerciser.
