I love this machine. The cost was great, it was easy to put together and it is a great workout. You can vary the resistance with a knob and make it very easy or dial it up as you wish to give you a better workout. Be aware, this is not just for the stomach. Your arms, legs, stomach and back will get used while rowing. I recommend this to anyone wanting to get back into or simply maintain your shape.

It is exactly what I wanted. Basic machine for exercise at a reasonable price

Pleased in all areas

It's quiet and strong! 10-15 mins on medium would break up a sweat. I love the dual functionality even tho I found the angle a bit weird for the upwards pulling.
Assembly wasn't as hard as I expected. The instructions are VERY detailed, once you understand that 8 pieces are basically 4 screws and 4 nuts that come together, it's pretty easy!

Been using is for a week now, works like any rower you might find in the gym. Even though the machine does not have many parts to put together, the instructions were not easy to follow along. Feels sturdy and has resistance levels to work with.

I like the rowing machine very much. My only complaint is that the top rowing setting isn't higher.  Nevertheless, it's good exercise

It took me about an hour to set up, which isn't terrible.  It's easy to use and I find the resistance levels to be adequate for me or my wife.
