Got this last week. I love it! Easy to put together and you can start rowing today!
The seat slides very smooth so it helps keep the rhythm.
I am so out of shape, so this made it easy to start building muscle and getting some cardio in too. In just one week, less than 15 mins, I'm feeling the burn in a good way.

Great for beginners and older people

It is better than I expected. I've been using the rowing machine for a couple weeks now and am pleased with it. It was easy to assemble and it's just the right size for my space. I'm able to get a good workout. This machine has helped with lowering my blood pressure and is a great stress reliever.

Great Machine

Just got this today I was able to put it together in about 45mins. I'm not a handy person so I assume most could get it together in about 20 mins. I worked out on for about 20mins and boy am I out of shape. This thing had me sweating I can tell I'm  gonna get a good workout with this. Everything works great for me for reference I'm 5'6 about 155lbs.

Will work up a sweat

I bought this on someone else's recommendation, I had never considered having a rowing machine at home. I thought it would be "cheap" since it was cheap. I am amazed at the great workout we get from this inexpensive machine. It was easy to set up, takes minimal space,  and is very smooth.

Surprised how much I like it!

I purchased this machine 8 weeks ago to replace my weekend running (back injury).  30 minutes/resistance 4 each Saturday and Sunday has met my weekend cardio need.  The machine is solid and sturdy and the motion is smooth.  For those looking for a muscle/strength building platform this machine is not for you.  If you are looking for an excellent cardio workout this is your machine.  Echoing other reviewers addressing the battery life of the digital console, it leaves a lot to be desired.  I do not use mine so it is not a deal breaker for me.

Excellent Cardio Platform

Fun, but intense workout machine at a very affordable price. Has 12 different resistance settings to increase as you get stronger. Good build. Easy to install. Nice firm grips and comfortable seat. Easy to stow away when not in use. Gives a vigorous, yet very enjoyable workout. Love it.

Excellent rowing machine

This turned out to be super easy to put together and very fun to use.  Products from Sunny are labeled step by step and make it so much easier to be successful.  The product also appears to be very well constructed.  The only negative is that, if you are into zero waste, there is foam packing inside the cardboard carton.  I hope Sunny can find an environmentally friendly alternative.  I would recommend this product.  As for Walmart, the product shipped very quickly.

Well constructed rowing machine at a great price

So far love this machine it arrived two days before the estimated time been using it every day since I got it makes for a good workout love that it has 12 resistances and calorie burn counter would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a good quality rowing machine at a fair price

Awesome rowing machine

This rowing machine is amazing. It was really easy to assemble. It's simple but efficient. I love the full motion of the arms feature. You can increase resistance really easy. It's light and I can place it in front of the tv for my workout and then store it under the bed. All the parts are good quality. I'm very happy with my purchase 😃

An amazing rowing machine

I was looking for something that worked as if I was actually rowing not like most rowing machines where it's just pulling forward.   This was perfect.  I get the arm movement I was looking for.

Perfect for me

Bad: There's no way to control the tension on the feet/ legs push.  since that's the largest muscle group, that's bad. Assembly was ok, but it does take some time, %26 it doesn't tell in the manual that you have to extend the arms before assembling them. My fitness band (Amazon) doesn't pick up the workout on the "rowing machine" option, in not sure why, but I'm guessing it's because of the ability to actually ROW as opposed to pulling, which the fitness band DOES pick up. But rowing is MUCH more beneficial than just pulling, it would be great if I could adjust the tension in the feet/ legs!
