I was excited to find this row machine. The last time I had a flat stomach was 30 years ago and I achieved it using a row machine. I wanted to find something that good quality and budget-friendly. I found it. It works GREAT! I shall have a flat stomach again. Watch me!

i like that it has a snall footprint, was easy to assemble and arrived quickly.  i was able to assemble it and start using it within 15 minutes of unboxing. 

it is not as smooth as the equipment at the gym but you already knew that.

 for the price the only thing that i do not like is the app. i thought that it would be an easy way to just keep track of workouts but you have to sign up for their service, put in a lot of personsl information and it is still difficult to find the place that just keeps track of your workout.

Good Rower‼️

I just bought this hydraulic rower to use with my Metaquest 3 VR Holofit app. I have used this rower about 5 times and tonight the handlebar connection broke where it connects to the bracket connected to the frame. I had the tension set at level 2 and it broke in the middle of my workout with normal use. I am just beginning to exercise and was rowing at a steady pace, nothing really fast and the part just broke off. I was trying to see if there was a replacement parts but the company doesn't sell separate parts. So my only option is to find a welder to fix this part. Would love if the company would send me a replacement part.

Handlebar Broke on hydraulic rower

As in the nature of hydraulics, as the liquid in the cylinder gets warm it loses resistance. I have been using it for up to 1 hour at a time. I have to start on 8 to get any resistance and by the end of the workout I have to be on 12 to have less resistance than starting on 8. Oil gets thin when it warms up, so it makes sense, but if you want something that gives a consistent workout, this is not it. No issues overall, just this problem.
